I’ve been experimenting with an angle on this; still early, not something I’ve rolled out in a production sense yet, so take it as a “here’s a direction that looks promising” rather than a proven setup. One heads-up first: the tool I’m using (Dia) is macOS-only today, with a Windows version coming this fall…

Great article @Sami Shaik! Haven't had much time to review the new editor myself, and this is a great summary before I dive in. While I was sceptical at first with the announcement of the new editor, but upon initial experience I'm enjoying the simplification.

Great take, and I completely agree! Back when I was working at a partner, the term "migration" was obviously most commonly used. Whenever I was speaking to customers, though, I preferred the term "transformation" as you have used here. Even if you do attempt to recreate everything in Cloud, there are inevitably going to be…

Maybe not the answer you want to hear, but based on my experience a people process fix is key here 🥲 Users need to understand the implication of entering sensitive data. Trying to pattern match at submission would catch structured data like SSNs or card numbers reasonably well, but its efficiency might start to dwindle…

I've done this with Assets in the past as well! Though this may be overcomplicating the solution depending on your use case and goals. Create object fields for List 1 and List 2, and use AQL (Assets Query Language) in the child field filters to show specific options. Figured it would be worth a share just in case!

Based on what you've described: If all those customer projects share the same field configuration scheme, Customer Name counts as 1 field toward the 700 limit; it is not counted once per project. The budget for Company Managed projects is calculated at the field configuration scheme level, not the project level, so a field…

Couldn't agree more with @Viswanathan Ramachandran. Admittedly, I am coming at this from my past experience at a Partner as opposed to being the one to handle this live in production, but here's my two cents. Agreed on the "decision, not accident" framing, that's the part that can sometimes be forgotten. One pattern I'd…

Hope you don't mind a long winded comment on this one 😅 really digging into my Partner past here. Based on what I've seen, very few orgs run health checks on a dedicated cadence. In my experience there is a huge amount of variability in how environments are managed. Very generally I'd classify them into the following…

Agree with everything stated above. Definitely work with a Partner if you can. Coming from an Atlassian Platinum Parter in a previous life, they've seen almost everything under the sun when it comes to Cloud migrations. Plus, Partners have good relationships with many of the major third-party app vendors; Marketplace apps…

Hi @Gabriel Roth ! This is exactly what we built Solcoro for (solcoro.com). We track and monitor environment health over time, and our drift analysis tools identify exact changes/drift in your configs; no need to spend hours manually digging. Happy to showcase the platform if you'd like! Best, Peter Kerrigan
