Hi @Dirk Ronsmans Just wanted to let you know we've released a new version of PyRunner that now supports JSM and JSM Portal. Since the new version requires additional permissions (read:servicedesk-request, write:servicedesk-request, and manage:servicedesk-customer) Jira considers it a major upgrade, and an admin will need…

Hey @Dirk Ronsmans Thanks! Would love to get your feedback once you try it out. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me at jack@pallas-apps.com PyRunner works with Jira Software, Jira Work Management and Jira Service Management projects — the Script Console, Scheduled Jobs, Listeners, Scripted Fields and…

Hi @Andrea Julieth Sierra Viasus I built a Marketplace app that connects Jira to Power BI using the new endpoint. If you have any questions about integrating the two applications I might be able to assist you! Also, if you're interested in our Connector we are free for teams of 10 or less. Feel free to check us out on the…

Hi, I realize I'm a little late, but I created some help guides on this and will include them here, in case anyone finds them useful: * Creating an Access Token * Connecting to Power BI * Authentication troubleshooting We also have a Power BI Connector that's free for teams of 10 or less, and priced fairly for larger…

Hi @srayapudi_riministreet_com You shouldn't need a Power BI license. Even the free versions of Power BI give you access to the OData connector, which is used by the third party apps to connect to Jira. If you're evaluating multiple Power BI Connectors, please feel free to check out…

@Abdulkadir Abdirahman If you want to query a specific issue using the jql endpoint you can do so like: https://myAtlasSite.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/search/jql?jql=issuekey=TDEV-2311&fields=*all You should specify the issue in the jql query instead of trying to use a query parameter

Hey @Miro Vrzba If you do end up having to develop your own connector feel free to reach out to me, I have some code I can share with you that might help. I developed a Microsoft Power BI connector that does something similar, I don't think it would be useful here unless Azure has an odata connector option. Thanks, Jack

Hey @Mary McGloin Sorry to hear about that, I would suggest opening a support ticket with Atlassian using this link: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ You'll likely get an answer quicker that way, questions here sometimes get missed. All the best, Jack

Hi @Richard Connolly You can find this information using the following URL (replacing "{yoursite}") https://{yoursite}.atlassian.net/rest/api/latest/field If you are already authenticated to your jira site you can access the URL through the broswer and then search for the custom field name. Hope that helps! Let me know if…

Hey @Darryl Hilton Try querying your atlassian site followed by "/rest/api/3/search/jql?jql=" then you jql. For example: https://myAtlasSite.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/search/jql?jql=project=ABC&fields=*all This is the way I use to query that search jql endpoint that you are using and it works for me. Let me know if this way…

Hi @Denise Wermager You can do this with the ScriptRunner plugin for Jira. You can create a "Behaviour" to enforce certain types of values at all times, if the user enters something that doesn't match your regex it will display an error. Unfortunately, I don't think Jira has a way to do this without a third party plugin.…

Hi @JHON VIDAL FIGUEROA CESPEDES There are no specific user-level or group-level permissions that you need to interact with the API. For example, if your user can create an issue in Jira through the browser than you can create an issue using the rest API as long as you provide the same credentials. "Could this be related…
