Hi @Tomasz Lawecki Usage monitoring and management in Atlassian Administration can only be handled by the org admin and billing admin. This can’t be delegated to any other admin role at this stage.

Hi @Ryan Boyd and @Tushar Gohel, Rollout of the usage dashboard showing Rovo credits and indexed objects has started. Rollout to SMBs in November/early December, followed by Enterprise customers early/mid December.
