Hey Cass, thanks for flagging this - can you try the process outlined here instead? Under "Scheduling your Jira Essentials Training Event." I'm not sure how the two sets of instructions got out-of-synch, but I'll dig into it. In the meantime, if you would let me know if the other process still works, I'd appreciate it!

Sorry, returning to this after catching up from last week. ^_^; YES, you should feel free to share these with anyone you think could benefit from them!
-
Glad you enjoyed it, @Sudhanva Ramesh! Would you be able to share some key insights you learned from the session, as many as possible, for those who haven't seen the session?
-
Totally understand - my gut says the CUG space should be about best practices, governance, and new features, while the JSM KB should be about problem solving, troubleshooting, technical issues users might run into, etc. (Not necessarily a best practice per se, just what I'd do.) The nice thing about an agent is as long as…

@Jimmy Seddon Great point! I could definitely see the admin perspective as part of this; I think showing it alongside other roles (even as a capping off session, like "...and here's what it takes to coordinate all these groups") could be really great as a rapport-building exercise. You could even create mini-series of…

@Jimmy Seddon Love that! Yeah, let us know how it goes - I love seeing teams experiment, and a roundup that's company-specific makes so much sense.

This is so awesome @Jimmy Seddon, love seeing it! Thanks especially for sharing what people learned about Rovo and how you plan to leverage that new knowledge for future sessions. Were there any resources you found particularly helpful that the group should know about? If so, would you mind linking them for the group…
-
@Greg D Yep, absolutely - the more you can tailor it to what attendees care about, the more they'll see your program as being valuable. Plus, it helps give them a sense of influence over the group, which a powerful motivator for continued contribution in your CUG!

@Tomislav Tobijas Good catch! I had been pulling a resource link from old articles that used the previous naming without realizing it (since we reuse the same section each time). You're correct that it should now be Atlassian Learning. Appreciate the feedback!
-
@Nachiket Bal Glad you liked it!
-
@Omotola Omotayo Glad it helped! It feels like our Champions team is always eager to share ideas, and I've benefited greatly from that so I'm glad I can pass it on to others. :D
-
@Jimmy Seddon Glad you like it! I can imagine it takes a bit of time to start synching things up training-wise with releases. Still, it seems like that's a great way to not only get people up-to-speed but also get governance / plicy out there more quickly for how to use any new features.

Great point, thanks for sharing it!
-
@Dave LIAO Love this idea! Totally stealing it for upcoming Champions office hours. Thanks for sharing it with me! :D

I'm a bit late to the convo, but what results have you gotten with this approach so far, Julie? Inquiring minds want to know!

@[deleted] You had some great feedback for the Success Champions group the other day on how to encourage a better response rate on these! If you get a moment, feel free to share the tips you mentioned here. I'd love to hear suggestions from others too on how they nudge teammates to do surveys.
