Hi @Melissa Hartsock, I'm Cady from the Confluence product team. We're so glad Remix and Slides are working well for your team! We just added the ability to edit text directly in Remix visualizations and charts, so you can now make text changes without writing a new prompt. You can also edit text directly on Slides, with…

Hi @Viswanathan Ramachandran! I'm Cady from the Confluence product team. Remix follows your existing page permissions, so you can only remix content you already have permission to view. Admins can't turn Remix on or off for individual spaces right now. Remix is available on any site that has Rovo and AI features turned on.…

Hi @Jean Horn , I'm Cady from the Confluence product team. Great question! Here are a few tips for remixing longer pages: Be specific about sections: Tell Rovo which sections you want it to include in your Remix output and pull information from. Check that the data is there: Remix only uses content from the page that's…

Hi @Anamika Soni , I'm Cady from the Confluence product team. There are no native styling options currently planned for map visualizations right now. If you ask Rovo to change the colors of the dots on your map, it should be able to do that based on your request. Sizing dots by a value, however, isn't supported yet which…

Hi @Kishan Sharma, I'm Cady from the Confluence product team. Right now, a Remix shows your source content as it was when the Remix was created. If the source table, database, or page changes later, the chart, diagram, or remixed content won't update on its own. Keeping Remixes in sync with their source is one of our top…

Hi @manish jangir, I'm Cady from the Confluence product team. Branding isn't available for Remix yet, but we're actively exploring it as we know it's important for customers to reflect their company identity.

Hi @Pulkit Soni - Optimizory- I'm Cady from the Confluence Product team. Great question! It sounds like you may have remixed the content in view mode. In view mode, Remix creates the diagram as a separate whiteboard, and your only option is to copy it. To insert the diagram onto your page, copy the whiteboard and paste it…

Hi everyone! I’m a PM on the Confluence Product team and I’m excited to announce a major update: Confluence approvals are now available wherever you work 🎉. You can now trigger, track, and complete approvals across TWG CLI, Atlassian MCP v2, Rovo Chat, and Rovo Agents. Whether you’re driving page reviews directly from your…

Hi @Koloman Pfeffer @Gary Spross @zoltanersek _outpostlabs_dev_ - Thanks for sharing your feedback! I’m a PM on the Confluence team focused on approvals and automations. I'd love to better understand your workflow and how you'd want these features to work together for you. If you’re open to it, here’s a link to grab some…

Hi @Steven Rhodes wanted to follow up here and let you know that we've expanded the beta to sites on Standard editions, in addition to Premium and Enterprise - the announcement above has also been revised to reflect this update.

Hi @Rune, great question! Yes, access links work with both synced blocks and the Page Excerpt macro, but with the caveat that viewers still need access to the source content for them to display -- they'll work similarly to how public links do with those features today. One important thing to be aware of for your use case:…
-
@Tomislav Tobijas Great question! Yes, the ability to set link permissions to access links (can edit vs. can view) is a future improvement we have planned. And the use case you described is exactly why we created this feature. Even with view-only access links today, you'll be able to share specific pages without adding…
-
Hi @Josh - yes, this update is currently only available on sites with role-based access. However, roles will be reaching all sites soon – the Atlassian Cloud Roadmap has more information on the timeline. If your site isn't on roles and you'd like access sooner, you can opt in today via the New features section of…
-
Hi @Tomislav Tobijas @James O_Connor, and @Rune Rasmussen great question! To clarify: when anonymous access is off at the site level, no unauthenticated users can access your content. That hasn't changed. The issue was that before this update, spaces could still enable anonymous access even when it was turned off globally.…
-
Hi @Becker_ Rene , by default, all existing sites should have the feature off so that teams cannot be used in Confluence permissions. App admins can change this setting by navigating to Confluence Admin --> Security --> Teams. Here is the link to official documentation! Here are also some answers to your questions above: *…
-
Hi @Milad Sayad, thanks for the question! Right now, team relationships are modeled as associations only and don’t drive permissions. That means inherited access for parent or grandparent teams (as you described) isn’t currently supported, but it’s something the team will look into.
-
@AnneThis feature is rolling out over the next couple of weeks, so it may not appear on your site right away. If it’s already available on your site, note that the feature is turned off by default. An app admin will need to enable Teams in the Confluence admin settings before teams can be used in your Confluence…
-
Hi @Laura Campbell_Seibert - thank you for the questions! These new updates to Teams are designed to work together with Roles. As part of GA for this feature, we’ll also be introducing new controls for app admins that will enable them to choose the types of teams they allow in their Confluence permissions. We’ll be sharing…
-
Hi @Gary Spross , thanks so much for your interest in the beta! We've closed the form for new sign-ups, as we're preparing to rollout the feature for general availability later this quarter - we'll be releasing more information soon.
-
Hi @Becker_ Rene@__ Jimi Wikman - thanks for taking the time to share this — that’s really helpful context for us. To clarify: are you looking to turn off all content access requests on your site, or specifically the real-time request part of this feature? We’re currently working on access request controls that will let…
-
Hi @Roger thanks for the feedback, will keep this in mind moving forward! This feature is only available on Confluence Cloud.

@Tomislav Tobijas Great question -- yes, the beta is compatible with Confluence roles!
