Hi! Your users can check their personal notification settings and change notification grouping. For JSM Customers, just create a custom notifications with automation or workflow post-functions.

Hi! Do you use IP allowlist in a Jira?
-
Saw a similar post yesterday. It helped to wait a day and change the Internet. Try to share the Internet from your mobile phone or find another Wi-Fi. Also, I recommend turning off the VPN or changing the location. Also, do you have a captcha?

Hi @ganagaraj You need to add issue type "Initiative" to the hierarchy level 1. Just click on field near Epic (number 1), and choose it on select list (number 2)
-
That's cool! Good luck to everyone on this way!

Hi! Jsut open your Scrum board. Then in top view you can find tabs Summary - Board - Backlog - Calendar. Just click Backlog
-
Yes, you can use automation for it

Hi! For such cases, it is normal practice to create an automation rule that checks the number of days in the status "Waiting for confirmation from the client" or similar and then if it is more than n-th number of days, it closes it itself. Of course, the client is sent a notification as when switching to the status…

Hi! I doubt that it will be possible to restore it somehow. Have your role IDs changed?
-
Hi! You can check out the official development platform from Atlassian. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/forge/
-
I think you can add issues from all project to one roadmap (plan in Jira Cloud) and add estimation & time tracking fields. Also try to use Tempo.
-
Hi! Do you have the same problem in incognito mode? Maybe you should try clearing your browser cache
-

Hi! you can use free checklist form Atlassian. Just click on checkbox button or type []. Also you can combine it with dates (//) or mentions (@) If you want smart checklist as app you can use one of this plugins: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=SmartChecklist

Only if you can split one validator into several (one for each situation) and add the appropriate error to each one
-
Use keywords in the rule names. For example ,if you're rule is global, use the next format: GLOBAL: *description* [KEYWORDS] If project or multiproject: PROJKEY: *description* [KEYWORDS] MULTI: *description* [KEYWORDS] or PROJKEY1: PROJKEY2: *description* [KEYWORDS]

You're welcome @jeff_trotman More details are described here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Is-it-possible-to-make-a-link-to-a-resolved-issue/qaq-p/1472809 In a few words it hides resolved issues (work items) and shows only active, so as not to make a mess of hundreds of old and irrelevant tasks.…

I'm afraid according to the official documentation from Appfire, JMWE does not support this functionality. https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JMWEC/pages/466226183/Build-your-own+scripted+Validator

Hi! Try to prohibit users from changing links, but at the same time make a manual rule for Jira Automation, which will make such a link upon entering the key. You can add types of links there in the selector and the main thing is that the rule works on behalf of Jira Automation.
-
This is a known bug/feature. All you need to do is enter the task key and press Enter.
-
Hi! Even unique statuses should appear in the column settings section. Could you add screenshots of the board and filters?
-
You're likely hitting the documented 25-second execution time limit for Forge functions. If your external API takes longer than that, the function will be forcefully terminated. Please check it here: https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/platform-quotas-and-limits/ You might want to reconsider your approach —…

Jira Cloud REST API v3 does not support server-side filtering by accountType=app via the /rest/api/3/user/search endpoint. Current Workaround: Client-Side Filtering You're doing it the correct way: * Call /rest/api/3/user/search?query=. (or any minimal character to match all users). * Paginate through all results (startAt,…

Only self-made script. I have python script, but you can make Scriptrunner or something else import requests # ==== CONFIGURATION ==== JIRA_URL = "https://your-jira-server.com" USERNAME = "your-username" API_TOKEN = "your-api-token-or-password" # For Server/DC you can also use your password SEARCH_TERM = "test" # <- Enter…

Hi! Let's try to use this solution: {{issue| fieldHistory( "status" )| filter({to_string:"In Progress"}) | last| field("date")}} Described here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/JMWE-get-status-transition-date/qaq-p/2741759

Thanks @Lumina GajanayakeWill this also work for JSM and Jira Automation?
-
Sounds like a really bad problem. I would suggest trying to check for VPN and if it is enabled then disable it. Also, if possible try changing the network and/or account you are trying to do this with.
-
Hello! Do I understand correctly that this will only work if the workflows are the same?
-
Hi Jacek, thanks for the share!
