Got it, you're after HTTPS token auth (like a PAT) for private GitLab repos in Jira Edge Connector. Official docs don't support it. HTTPS is public-only, private needs SSH keys. But you can create a ticket for Atlassian support.

Yes, just add it to the Create screen

Hi, This looks like an account identity mismatch after the domain change. Even though you can log in via Microsoft, Atlassian likely treats you as a new user because the email domain was changed, while the admin permissions are still assigned to the old account/email. To restore admin access, you either need to add an…

Hi @Antoine _Klee Group_ You can find related info here -> Configure Jira Edge Connector Set the JEC_CONF_GIT_URL, JEC_CONF_GIT_FILEPATH, JEC_CONF_GIT_PRIVATE_KEY_FILEPATH, and JEC_CONF_GIT_PASSPHRASE variables. If you are using a public repository, you should use an https format of a git URL and you don’t need to set a…

Hi, @Volha Aheyeva ! Please create a request for https://support.atlassian.com/ using your marketplace vendor-related account. Also, try to look at the data in different app versions.
-
Hi @Natalie Cotela ! You can try to create "Message Custom Field (for edit)" and add it to a create screen: Then you can configure a default value: And on the create screen, it will look like:

Hi @Nick Kramer ! Is it possible that this work item is part of a parent/child hierarchy (for example, a child of another issue, epic, or higher-level work item)? In some cases, List View behaves differently when hierarchy or grouping is involved. Best, Oleksii

Hi @Cui Xiao Following Atlassian’s official docs: If you’re a billing adminGo to admin.atlassian.com/billing → Subscriptions → Inactive → Reactivate, review details, and confirm. Your data is retained 60 days for paid (15 for Free) after cancellation. If the support button is greyed outYou likely don’t have the required…

Hi @Daniel Wright Jira can sometimes give errors about the JSON format. Double-check that you're filling in the fields correctly according to the documentation. Atlassian doc: Advanced field editing using JSON For Number custom field it must be like: "customfield_11444" : 664 So your JSON with smart value must be like…

Looks great!

Hi @Hes Siemelink ! Crowd doesn’t have official support for Spring Security 6.0. The recommended integration path is via the Crowd REST API. The legacy Java client libraries haven’t been updated for Spring 6 either.
-
Hi @Steven Brannan I think the reason is that Crowd has historically been deployed behind a reverse proxy (NGINX, Apache, load balancer), which usually takes care of HTTPS termination and setting HSTS headers. If your security team requires it, you can safely enable HSTS at the proxy level — it shouldn’t break application…

Hi @Darren.Burrows ! At the moment, Compass itself doesn’t expose granular analytics such as hourly/daily active users, page views, or event tracking in the same way Google Analytics does. The product is still evolving, and usage analytics is one of the areas the Atlassian team is actively exploring. Try to check Admin…

Hi @Josh Campbell ! Thank you for this opportunity!

Hi @Jongho Jung! Thanks for clarifying with the "expiredDate" example.Just to understand your setup: Are your users stored in a Crowd Internal directory, or do they come from LDAP/AD? (With LDAP attributes you usually can’t inject values from the Crowd DB side.) And do you need this "expiredDate" just as a custom info…
-
Hi @Keith Furnell ! Right now, Compass doesn’t natively support pulling the Overview description directly from an external source like a repository README, a Confluence excerpt, or a starred Documentation link. At the moment, the content has to be managed directly within Compass. For now, a couple of practical approaches…

Hi @Tanya Thurs ! Please verify that you (or your Role) have Delete All Attachments or Delete Own Attachments permissions in the project.

Hi @David B I think you can use Jira Automation. Just use Work item fields condition. Select QA Score less then 100 change request type (via JSON edit) to QA: Minor.

Hi @Marcelo Lopez , I’ve run into this issue before. The first time, the problem was unpaid Atlassian invoices (licenses or apps/plugins). As soon as I settled the invoices, the installation completed successfully. The second time, the default group that grants the Jira Admin license wasn’t set. I’m not sure how that’s…

Hi @Arbaaz Gowher ! When will it be enabled by default for all users?
-
Hi @Diana Apostol , you need to open your work item and just type something to the labels field. If you want add any label as default, please create automation rule for it. It can be helpful: https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/edit-and-rename-labels-in-jira-cloud/…

Whenever such problems occur, I first try to open the page through incognito mode. If everything is ok there, then the problem is with the cache or browser add-ons.
