I’d be interested in something like this specifically for Rovo, Automation, and Forge mostly from an administration perspective: leveraging these tools to manage these tools more effectively and efficiently.

I love the library! My county library system also extends free Udemy access to anyone with a library card, so the access to knowledge extends far beyond just the books on the shelves. Going to the library just makes me want to get stuff done.

Probably a different location than @Amanda Barber's usual stop, but Stone Creek Coffee has become my 'third place' as well! Before that, it was a place called Blüm Coffee Garden. I'm also one of the few people I know that still enjoys hanging out in local libraries, although not as often as I previously did.

@Bryan Guffey nice; thanks for the insights here. I love the callout on setting a hard boundary with follow-up questions being directed to a specific funnel, like a help desk. I've seen communications channels turn into seemingly never ending noisy threads for both incident and change comms when that's not done. Great tips!

I think I had to learn the recorder in 2nd or 3rd grade or something in school. But outside of school, there was always a keyboard or a piano in my home growing up which I enjoyed playing, and eventually I took some formal piano lessons. Once I got older, I learned the bass guitar and joined a band.
