@Paula Hidalgo @Arham Blake thanks for your perspective!

Hi @Viswanathan Ramachandran thanks for a thorough read and good questions. The tipping point is rarely about backlog size, it's about who needs to own the work, not just see it. Sync is the right long-term answer when GitLab keeps doing what it's best at for the team (code + CI/CD) and Jira just needs visibility into…

@Mohammed Shakhib I'm definitely aware of that, and know the engagement rules but is there any possibility to announce the webinar like other partners without inserting a link to the registration form?
-
Hi @Luke Johnson In my opinion this is still a common gap with Tempo. Regarding your listed questions: 1. At the moment, there isn’t a Marketplace app that adds true client-side e-signatures directly to Tempo Timesheets. Most Tempo-related apps still focus on reporting or cost tracking, not external approvals. 2. As I…

Hello everyone, it's really great that a separate group dedicated to Agile methodology is active!
-
Hey @Kathleen Eve Is Content Bounty Program still active? I commented on one post and expressed my interest in writing an article on a specific topic, but I did not receive any response. I would be grateful if you could let me know whether it is still possible to participate in this program.
-
I recently started using Loom, and I can say that the possibilities of editing suite surprised me positively!
-
The Ai search is really helpful feature! ✨
-
I learned a lot from this course, as well as from 'Get started quickly with Confluence', but I didn't receive badges 😴 All needed actions are completed to gain the kudos.
-
Such a course is particularly helpful when you need to quickly gain the knowledge, and start working with tool right away to improve the communication across the teams ✌️
-
Very cool initiative! ✨

Hey @Adesh Kokate You basically have two paths when migrating from Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud: 1. Without a plugin It's possible to migrate without any plugin, but with limitations: * Using CSV imports works only for basic issue data. * You’ll typically lose or manually rebuild things like: - Issue links and…

Hey @Yulindi TaljaardTrello is currently down, it's not only your case. We must wait for the fix ;/

Hey @Mia Midtbo Trello is currently down, it's not only your case. We must wait for the fix

Hey @Wyzman If your colleague is not receiving the Trello login email, the quickest workaround is to bypass the magic link entirely and sign in through the Atlassian account login page at id.atlassian.com/login using the same email they use for Trello. If logging in through the Atlassian account also fails and no emails…

You can try head to the settings - memberships, then leave every workspace you are a member of, and try again to delete. If it will not work, I think it's good to contact Loom Support directly and they would delete your account manually :)
-
Hi @Jana Danielle Tackett Make sure, you're not a member of a Loom workspace not owned by you. Other thing is, if you are still an admin of a workspace, you must transfer ownership or leave the workspace first before deleting the account.
-
Hey @Sebastian Weihard To see who is in those groups and manage their membership (add/delete users), you’ll need to do it from the Atlassian admin console, not directly inside the space permissions screen. Quick guidance how to do that if you’re an organization or site admin: * Go to admin.atlassian.com and select your…
-
Hey @Mar Unfortunately, there’s no direct JQL function for “SLA not started.” However, you can work around it depending on your SLA definition: * Option 1: Filter by status or trigger condition If your SLA starts when status changes to In Progress, you can use: project = ABC AND status = "Open" (or whatever status precedes…
-
Hey @David Porzelt it's quite unfortunate case, because the recovery key is usually mostly used option. Another one, is to reach out to Atlassian Support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ that can verify identity and reset 2FA for a managed account - site admins can’t override that security setting.
-
Hey @Wayne Jolly For sure, you’re not missing anything - that’s actually a current limitation in Confluence. Anchors inside Expand macros aren’t recognized properly when the page loads, so clicking a link to one of them only scrolls to the top (without expanding the section). And unfortunately, there’s no native fix right…
-
Okay, thanks for clarification @arielei In that case, since you already have your migration planned with JCMA, the easiest way to handle this in automation would be to maybe filter by project keys directly? For example by adding a condition like: Project key is in (PROJ1, PROJ2, PROJ3, ...) That way, your global rule will…
-
Hey @arielei If, in your case, the option of using a third-party tool to handle the migration and post-migration configuration is acceptable, it might be worth giving the Getint Platform available on Atlassian Marketplace a try. Getint can help you migrate only specific projects or configurations without impacting your…
-
hey @Chris Carroll Once your company enables Microsoft SSO, your existing Atlassian account with that work email will simply become a managed account, you won’t get a duplicate. The old password-based login will stop working, and you’ll log in via SSO instead. No need to delete your current account; it’ll automatically…
-
Hey @Sean Martin Jira Cloud doesn’t currently support emailing a filter as a CSV attachment, filter subscriptions only send an HTML table in the email body. Here’s what you can do instead: Option A – Use a Marketplace app (fastest, no-code)Several reporting/export apps can schedule emails with file attachments. For…
-
Hey @Rosalin Kandapan Jira Cloud doesn’t have a built-in tool to automatically export configurations and commit them to GitLab. Configuration export (like workflows, fields, or schemes) typically happens through the Jira Cloud REST API, or you can use Configuration Manager for Jira Cloud to back up and compare…

Very cool idea and what a variety of badges to gain! ✨

Welcome to the Community @Melissa Janisin :) The good news regarding your case is this is a Google account verification issue, not something specific to Trello. Trello just uses your Google account for sign-in, so the 2-step verification process is fully controlled by Google. Here’s what you can try: Go to the Google…

Hey @Anna Rybakova That message usually comes from the Jira site configuration. Consider: * Product access groups Under User Management → Product Access, confirm that new users are being added to the correct group (jira-software-users etc.). If they aren’t in an access group, they’ll see this error. * Seat availability…
-
That error usually isn’t from Trello itself but from your company’s SSO setup through Atlassian Access. Once your organization claims a domain and enforces SSO, new users can’t just “click the invite link” anymore, they also need to be assigned to the Trello application in your identity provider (for example Okta, Azure…
