Hey @Tim W , Teamline follows a per-user usage model. The installation happens at the tenant level because of Atlassian’s app architecture. To properly connect structured updates with Jira workflows, the app needs project and issue visibility across the workspace. That’s a technical requirement - but access and usage are…

Hey @Darin - Opus Guard On this topic, there’s an excellent article by Elena Verna - one of the leading voices in PLG today - called “6 Months at Lovable and Why I Had.” It goes into some great detail about the post-PLG era and might be very interesting for you to read.

Done! : D

Thank you, @Marcelo Viana de Siqueira ! I completely agree — philosophy truly reflects everything we do, including how we think and act in Agile.

Thanks @Manish Nadar ! I’m trying to post at least once a week for the community — your feedback means a lot to me! 🙏

Hey @JBI ~ You’ll need to raise a support ticket with Atlassian to get this sorted: https://support.atlassian.com/contact They’re the only ones who can help you recover the account.

Hey @asadiq I highly recommend starting with this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1idv4lu1q_s Then you can explore the channel where this video is posted — it has lots of great content, especially if, like me, you prefer the video format.

@Trudy P Claspill You just leave the second value blank in the condition, that counts as “was empty.” Then add a simple action (log or comment) so the block isn’t empty.

You’d need an automation rule for that. Something like: - Trigger: Field value changed → Due date - Condition: If the Due date was empty → allow update - Else: Edit issue → reset Due date back to the value from {{fieldChange.fromString}} That way the first change from null works, but if the field already had a date, any…

Hey @john alee In my opinion it’d be cleaner to spin up a separate board just for the kids menu stuff. That way you don’t clutter your main content board and can treat it like its own project. I’d set up columns by meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, etc.) and then create cards for each item/post. For seasonal…

Yeah, safest bet is just don’t create boards while offline. Once you’re back online, open the board right away so it syncs for sure. That way you won’t lose it if the app logs you out.

I can see how Rovo makes sense for product owners (backlog prep, grooming support, etc.), but for scrum masters it’s still pretty unclear. Would love to see a real use case shared here. Thanks for opening the topic though.

Hey @Maayke Trello doesn’t save boards locally, so if you were logged out before it synced, that board’s gone. You’ll only see boards that actually hit Trello’s servers. Double-check you’re logged into the exact same account, but if it’s not there, you’ll need to recreate it.

Hey @Christianne Ribeiro Moving to Cloud can feel like starting over, but it also opens up some cool opportunities: automation, faster updates, and easier integrations. My advice would be to keep your team guides in Confluence as living docs, since things change often in Cloud, and use the Community whenever you run into…

Hey @lericks5 A couple of things you can check: * Board and card membership: Trello only sends @mention notifications if the person is a member of the board, and often also if they’re added to the card or watching it. * Email vs. in-app: If you have Trello open in the browser or mobile app, notifications usually show up…

Thank you so much, Manon! I’ve been using the app for quite some time, but somehow this slipped past me. I just tested it, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again!

Tried growing a few things at home but didn’t get too far — turns out cactuses are more my pace. Low effort, still green xD
