Hi @Sneha A S , Yes, Better Excel Automation for Jira Cloud is available! Learn more in this video and reach out to us if you need any help!

Is this report a built-in Jira report or are you creating it with an app?
-
Hi @Marc Molina , Yes, you can also give Better PDF Exporter a try. You can export the Portfolio for Jira managed issues from the Issue Navigator in a way that also keeps the hierarchy as well as show a Parent Link at every child issue. Hope this helps. Take a look at this example:
-
@Deborah Franco I think it's a glitch in Jira, where it "remembers" a previous filter setting. Try starting an "ad-hoc" search (not by modifying saved filters) it should reflect the current column configuration.
-
I'm not aware of a native Jira feature that can do this. As far as I know, it can only be done by apps like Enterprise Mail Handler for Jira or Email this Issue, but I might be wrong.
-
Are you using an app for that? If yes, which one?
-
Hi @Kelly Pattie , Can you please share a little more information and clarify this? How are you generating PDFs? Are you using the app for that? Are you looking to receive an email with a PDF attachment or (as the end of your question implies) you are looking to attach a PDF to a Jira ticket? Or both?

Hi @Bruce Macmillan Thanks for your question! Let's start with the fact that what pages should be archived is defined by the archiving configuration, which can only be set up by Confluence admins or space admins (for the spaces where they are admins). So normal users can only mark pages for archiving, but actual archiving…

There are apps indeed for this, see this, Resolution and Status colors, for example. You can also use Better Excel Exporter to export to Excel as Jack mentioned. You can create an Excel template with conditional formatting, so your export output will already have the desired colored lines.

Hi @Catrin_Warden , If you plan to manage your report or create new ones in Excel, make sure you look into Better Excel Exporter, one of the Excel exporter apps for Jira, but the one that comes with powerful report building features. It makes turning Jira data into Excel with correct data types and also allows you to…

Hi @toclark , As Mikael mentioned, Better Commit Policy for Bitbucket is designed to do that and more, like verify committer's identity, require a message length, verify if the commit is sent to the right branch, and you can use also the combination of multiple conditions. It sports an advanced feature called local commit…

You can find the pricing on the Marketplace listing here.

Hi @Naeem Adam , As Nick mentioned, Better Content Archiving can help you understand the status of a page and the quality of all your content in Confluence. You can configure the rules that these metrics are based on and then see the status in a status indicator at the top of every Confluence page (except the ones…

Life in Codes, an Atlassian Solution Partner implemented such a system by exporting all Jira issues to PDF and importing those to a document management system. So it's possible that way.
-
Hi @Abhi If you are open to solve this with an app, you can do it with Better PDF Exporter, which is compatible with Jira Service Desk and you can use to provide various types of export and report options for your agents from the Issue Navigator view (not directly from the queue). See some examples here.
-
Let me just chime in and say that as far as workarounds go, there is another viable way we see teams go: it's connecting Jira with a document management system and move issues/whole projects out there. Here is a story about how an Atlassian Solution Partner built such a system for the EU Commission. Advantages are that it…

Hi @Pavani Maligi , Another way and integration (other than eazyBI) to build reports using Profields managed custom fields is with Excel. The Profields managed custom fields can be exported to Excel using the new integration between Better Excel Exporter and Profields. If you collect the right issues in Issue Navigator by…
-
Profields doesn't offer a direct export feature, but this is still requested by users. The Profields managed custom fields can now be exported to Excel using the new integration between Better Excel Exporter and Profields. The method to collect the right issues in Issue Navigator is exactly how nic described above or…

If you are using the new improved planning interface of Portfolio for Jira, there is no option anymore for CSV export. One possible option to export to real Excel files (not CSV )is our Better Excel Exporter for Jira app that integrates with Portfolio for Jira and able to create real Excel spreadsheets and reports. (Please…
-
Hi @Pedro Miguéns , As nic said, Issue Links are not fields in Jira, and the built-in export feature does not export those. One possible option you can give a try is our Better Excel Exporter app that exports all issue data and metadata you need, including Issue Links. Check out an example here.
-
Hi @apar , There is no built-in feature to export your plan, but we have recently released the Portfolio integrations for our Better PDF Exporter and Better Excel Exporter apps. So one possible way to export your portfolio plan (the issues in the plan) is to use the Issue Navigator, collect the relevant issues there and…
-
Hi @[deleted] , To open the Issue Navigator, select "Issues" in the upper menu in Jira and then "Search for Issues." That is the Issue Navigator view. Also, no need for CSV, as you can easily export your issues right to real Excel files with an app like our team's Better Excel Exporter for Jira. In integrates with Jira…

Hi @Georgios Samaras , If you don't want a workaround, you can also give the app Better PDF Exporter a try, which does that seamlessly. You can choose the granularity of information you want to see on your PDF outputs. (Disclaimer: it's a paid app and I'm part of the team developing it)
-
Hi @Jeremy Nery , In case your goal is to export Jira issues to PDF format, you could also give Better PDF Exporter a try, which is already available from both views.
-
Hi @nnng.sg , You didn't mention what's your goal with exporting issues from Jira or what file format would you prefer, but assuming you are on Jira Cloud and PDF format would suffice, you can also give Better PDF Exporter Cloud a try to export issues or even to create complex PDF reports from issue data.
-
Hi @Alfred Carlomagno If you are looking to export issues to PDF, another option you have is an app like our Better PDF Exporter for Jira Cloud. It is compatible both with the old and the new issue view.
-
Hi @Diane Abruzzini One way to do it is with an app like our Better PDF Exporter. It can export any of your required custom fields and you can also pair it up with the free Better PDF Automation app to trigger a PDF export action when a document (represented on a Jira issue I guess) is approved. Give it a try and reach out…

Best if you can ask your admin. Or I believe on Data Center there is a node ID at the bottom of the Confluence/Jira screen. If you don't see a node ID, you are probably on Server. Also, if the URL where you access Jira or Confluence is YOURCOMPANY.atlassian.net, then you are on Cloud.
-
Hi @Rashmi , As @Tarun Sapra mentioned (thank you!), this is a typical use case for our Better Excel Exporter for Jira app. Our most popular integration is with Tempo, so it will work with all your Tempo managed information as well. Please give it a try and see if you can achieve what you need. Also reach out to us if you…

Hi @José Luis Álvarez As another possible solution to your question or while you wait for the bugfix, you can also give a try to our app Better PDF Exporter, which allows you to export all your issues from the Backlog view (but also from many other screens, like Scrum or Kanban Boards or Issue Navigator and more) to a…
