Hi @lwk , I'm sorry to hear that you are having such difficulties to delete your account. The best way to delete your account is actually to do the steps yourself. This is the how-to: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/ , which includes the steps to cancel your subscription,…

Hi @Danno , apology for the late response. The date range on the top left of the summary page is crucial. Only work items that are within those date range will be displayed. Saying that, I can see that your two epics have a timeline bar that is within the Summary page date range. Can it be that the dates are just added and…

Hi @Jack Young , we don't have plans for that as yet. However we're keen to understand this more. So these people in your business you'd like to share Plans with, don't have Jira access, so can't access Plans. It would be great for us to understand these stakeholders roles. Also, while they are only in Jira Product…

@Lynn Wilson , if your Jira site opts for Bundled release which is rolled out monthly, yes you're right -you will get it in the next bundle! :)
-
@Joni Johnson , there was a temporary issue with Plan navigation, but it has been fixed a few hours ago. Hope it works well again for you.
-
Hi all ( @Mike Vitale , @Michel_Audet , @Mahtab ), The UI issues you saw are unrelated to these changes. But I'm glad to let you know that the fix for that issue was rolled out a couple of hours ago, so it is now resolved. Cheers!

@Oussema Marai , I have provided answers to your questions here instead, as it looks to be more comprehensive: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Work-Management-Questions/Re-New-invited-user-in-premium-subs-can-not-create-an-ov/qaq-p/2698059/comment-id/11997#M11997 I have also emailed you directly to connect.

Hi Oussema, Thank you for your questions and your patience. I aim to answer all of them, so I will try to capture each one. Let me know afterwards if there are areas that I didn’t answer. I’ll also email you separately so you have my direct contact, and happy to chat about this further. New invited user in premium subs can…

Thank you for confirming @Nicole Downes . I have checked and you are seeing this because we have now enabled Atlas for Jira on premium sites. Atlas is free so you can easily follow the steps in that Goals tab to use it. If you’d rather not use this feature, no worries – an admin can disable it at any time from the…
-
@Nicole Downes can you confirm which Goals feature are you seeing? Is it the Goals tab in the left sidebar menu of a Jira software project? Or the Link Goals button in Issue view screen?
-
Hi @Ashleigh Lodge , another thing that you can check is if your active Sprint dates overlap with the date range of Summary page dates? Although a sprint is still active, but if the sprint start & end date doesn't match with the Summary page dates, the sprint won't show up. Hope this helps!

@Daniel Franz - JXL , I have received further clarification. So this is a known issue that has been resolved just recently. For those users who are impacted, you only need to take 1 step to stop it from happening again: clear up the browser cache. Once you have done this, this won't happen again. Let me know if you are…
-
@Daniel Franz - JXL I was informed that this is a cookie problem, where too much data is stored in cookies, so you need to log out to clear it. Seeing that this error is back (and sounds like it's back regularly?), can you please raise a support ticket for this? This can be done without providing access to the instance.…
-
@Daniel Franz - JXL , glad that the problem go away after you logged out. Thanks for that error details, will pass it on to be investigated.
-
Hey @Daniel Franz - JXL ! Hope you are well! Would love to find out more about this problem, that's odd indeed. We need to dig into that error problem further. Are you able to lodge a support ticket and give support access to your site so the team can troubleshoot? The Epic menu should also be renamed accordingly if you…
-
@Samuel Knauss , @Ananth Subramanian - there is a known issue on this last week, but this is now resolved. Please do try again and let me know if you are still having troubles.
-
@Samuel Knauss , @Ananth Subramanian - can you please try the following: * Ensure that the Epics that you linked Goals to belong in the same project where you are clicking the Goal sidebar menu * If the above is correct, can you please try navigating to Atlas, open up some goals - then go back to the Jira project and go to…
-
@Mikael Helldén , thanks for that suggestion! Can I confirm how you want to see it in Site Setting? * Is it 1 toggle that will turn ON or OFF for ALL projects, or * Do you still want to be able to configure it project-by-project but from one single place? Thanks!
-
Hi @ganna_kyselevych , sorry to hear that it's still not working. Can I confirm that the part that is no loading for you is the "Link goals" section inside Jira issue view? If so, can you please make sure that the Atlas for Jira Cloud app is installed and enabled for your instance? You can follow the steps…
-
@Ben Gallant which "questions" feature is it that you are referring to?
-
@Fitzgerald_ Jeffrey , can you please make sure that the Atlas for Jira Cloud app is installed and enabled for your instance? You can follow the steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-jira-cloud-with-atlas/ . Also, no - both Company Managed and Team Managed projects will have Link Goals and…
-
@ganna_kyselevych , if this issue still persists can you please try the following: * Go to top left of Jira site where you can switch between different Atlassian products, and go to Atlas. Make sure you are in Atlas and can view the different goals there * Come back to Jira project Goals section Hopefully that resolves it.…

Hi @Andrew Mallonee , thank you for your feedback. There seems to be a misunderstanding on what exactly is available for Jira Free, Standard and Premium. The short answer is that all the capabilities listed above are also available on Premium. The only difference between the editions is: To enable "Link Goals" and Goals…
-
Hi @Erin Quick-Laughlin , can you please try this again? We have rolled out a change to enable the Epic Link field so you can remove them from your list of columns. Thanks!
-
@Safak Gurhan , you can use the JQL syntax of "parent =" to get all of that parent's subtask and child issues. What it won't give you is the child issues' sub tasks.
-
Hi all, We are working on the issue where for some customers the new Parent field is not shown, while Epic Link and Parent Link are disabled (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-26109). For fast relief, please note the temporary changes we are making: Only customers whom we have rolled out the Parent field to, will…
-
Hi @Annelotte , thank you for raising those. "parent drop-down does not show epics of same project at the top" - we are looking to make improvements on this. Stay tune! "jira filters that have the epic link column selected in the filter columns: It is not possible to hide the column, so you are stuck with it..." - please…
-
Hi @Florent Baret , the EAP/Beta has closed now, and we are going to start rolling it out to everyone else very very soon. However, it is a progressive roll-out and we can't be quite exact on when your instance will get it.
-
Hi @Tsafrir Meir thank you for that request. It is in our backlog and we are looking forward to getting this done ASAP.
