Hi @Camilla Harp If you copy a page and want to edit it, simply open the page and click the Edit button at the top. The list of pages shown on that page might either be manual links or generated using the Children Display macro. If the links were added manually, you can edit the page, remove the links you don’t need, and…

Hi @Omar First, go to admin.atlassian.com -> Billing -> Subscriptions and cancel all the subscriptions listed there, even if they are on the Free plan (like Jira or Confluence). After you cancel them, they will appear in the Inactive section. It may take some time for Atlassian to fully process the cancellation and remove…

Hi @Bartłomiej Zaraś Assets isn’t available in the Free Jira Service Management Cloud plan. To use the Assets feature, you’ll need to upgrade to the Premium or Enterprise plan.

There isn’t a way to exclude updates that were only time logs (including Tempo) using regular JQL. Jira treats logging time the same as making a comment, changing a field, or moving a ticket to a new status, it all just counts as an update. Because of that, JQL can’t tell the difference between someone logging time and…
-
Hi @ckopanon JQL cannot show multiple updates per ticket. It only tells you the user updated the issue at least once in that period. Try this JQL: updated >= -180d AND updatedBy("username")
-
@Jon Linczak Right now, the only option is to import first and then update the statuses afterward. Use this link as reference : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/import-existing-jira-issues-into-jira-product-discovery/

Hi Vanessa, Welcome to the Atlassian Community There is currently no way to restrict Team creation in Atlassian Home to admins only. Any standard user with access to Atlassian Home can create a Team, and there is no admin setting or permission control available to limit this. Atlassian has feature requests open for this…

Hi Sonia, Are you using: * Company-managed project? * Team-managed project?
-
Hi @Mahalakshmi Kadirannagaripally Please check the project permission scheme to ensure they have at least Transition Issues permissions, and review the workflow conditions on the Close transition to allow my team’s role or group to perform it.

Hi Jon, Welcome to the Atlassian Community You’re probably using the basic CSV import inside the project. That one doesn’t let you set the Status, it just puts everything in the default workflow status. To choose the Status during import, you need to use the admin option: Settings -> System -> External System Import -> CSV…

Hi William, It looks like you’ll need to contact Atlassian Support to resolve this. https://support.atlassian.com

Hi Dylan, Welcome to the Atlassian Community In JSM Project: Go to Project settings -> Customer permissions Turn OFF: Customers can share requests with their organization. Make sure the ticket is not shared with an organization. There is no native setting to limit customers to adding only one request participant.
-
Hi @Kashinath N S , If they do not see the ticket there, it usually means one of the following: the issue was not created with a valid Request Type, the customer does not have access to that specific service project, or they were not correctly set as the Reporter. A customer will only see a ticket in the portal if it has a…

I think it’s a plug-in because, by default, we can create multiple columns and map multiple statuses to each column (reference: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-columns/ This is something we can do in Jira without any plug-in.
-
Awesome, glad to hear it worked so smoothly! Happy to help anytime. Cheers!
-
It has open channel access, meaning anyone can raise requests. Have you tested it in incognito? I tested it on my site with the same configuration, and it successfully creates tickets without logging in.

Hi Michael, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Use this in Advanced (JQL): * watcher = currentUser() AND project = "Project 347" * watcher = currentUser() AND project IN ("Project 1", "Project 2") Step 1: Save Filter After running your JQL: * watcher = currentUser() AND project = "Project 347" * Click Save as * Name it:…

Hi Kota, Open Atlassian Analytics -> Data Sources If you are able to see the list of data sources, then you have access to use them. If you need to add additional data sources, you can request or configure them using the steps in the documentation below:…

A custom field will only show if its context applies to that JSM project and issue type, and if it’s a field type supported by Forms. Screens by themselves don’t determine this.
-
Hi Sofia, Today, I worked on JSM form creation and also linked the form fields with custom fields. I did not encounter any issues. I would like to know what issues you encountered today while linking.

Hi Will, Your “TO DO” column is blue because the status inside it is marked as In Progress, not To Do. Jira doesn’t color columns by their name; it colors them by the status category (To Do = grey, In Progress = blue, Done = green) behind them. If you want TO DO to be grey, change the status mapped to that column so it…

Hi Chad, Can you please check the project-level customer permissions for this JSM project? Even though the global “no login required” setting is ON, the portal will still ask people to register if this project is set to Restricted. Go to the service project -> Project settings -> Customer permissions and check Channel…

Hi Kelly, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Try clear Jira’s site cookies and cache. As a workaround, you can right-click an issue and open it in a new tab. If the problem continues, report it to Atlassian Support since it’s likely a Jira Cloud frontend issue.

Hi Mikael, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Plans basically doesn’t show “any kind of link” between work items. It only shows links that Jira considers a dependency (like “blocks / is blocked by”) and only if both items are included in your plan. So if you linked items using “relates to” (or similar), Plans will ignore…

Hi Joan, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To use Advance Roadmap (Plan) in Atlassian Jira, you need to be on a Jira Premium trial. This feature does not work on Free or Standard plans. If clicking Plans keeps showing Try for free, it means the Premium trial hasn’t been activated yet. A site admin needs to go to Settings…

Hi RG, Using JSON via the Jira REST API is the most reliable and Atlassian-supported way to export all issues from a project with all fields, full comment history, and attachment references. The simplest and recommended approach is to use the Jira REST API with a JQL query (for example, project = KEY) to export issues in…

Hi Omar, The issue occurs because the Manual Test issue type is not correctly configured, meaning Xray’s Test Steps custom field is not associated with the Manual Test screens, Configure the Field's Context/Screens, Associate with Necessary Screens, Verify Issue Type Screen Schemes.…
