Hi @Dave Mathijs For this implementation, I’m using JSM Automation, I haven’t used Journeys for the offboarding process.
-
Hi @Aditya_miniOrange Thank you! Yes, we’ve built the onboarding workflow within Jira Service Management itself. For collecting the employee details, we currently have two options: HR can raise the request directly from the JSM portal, or the new employee can submit a Google Form, which creates the JSM ticket through a…

Hello @Michał Kalinowski Could you please check the board filter/JQL and the status column mapping? Since the items are showing in List view, it looks like the issue may be with the board configuration.
-
Hello @Gemma Huang It looks like the workflow is waiting for approvers, but the "Approvers field" isn't available on the issue, please add the "Approvers field" to the issue layout/screen for this request type in the team-managed project? Once it's available, you'll be able to add the required approvers and move the…

Hi @Jim Jin, Welcome to the community! Please try the following troubleshooting steps: * Test in a different browser or use an incognito/private browsing window. * Disable any browser extensions or add-ons. * Switch to a different network or temporarily connect through a VPN. If the issue persists, please contact the…

Hello @Jader Peixoto Volkmer Please ask your admin check the project space permissions and ensure that your role has been assigned the "Delete own attachments" or "Delete all attachments" permission under the Attachments Permissions section.

@Suraj I took a look at this as well, and Jason's suggestion is the same approach I had in mind. We can add a subtask branch to the automation, close any open subtasks first, and then close the parent work item. That should meet the requirement.
-
Hello @Suraj Could you share a screenshot of the current automation setup? Once I can see how it's configured, I'll be able to suggest the exact changes needed to ensure any open subtasks are closed before the parent work item is closed.
-
Hi @Adham Mahmoud You will need to contact Atlassian Support on this: https://support.atlassian.com/contact
-
Hi @Andrés Fernández Welcome to the Atlassian Community Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you open the Releases page? Also, you need to have Administer Project permission in a Company-managed project to manage releases.
-
Hi @Parthasarathi Das Reach out to your site or organization admin, as access may have been changed in Confluence.
-
Hi @WeCodeChaos Could you please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then attempt to create the site again? If the issue still continues, try using a different internet connection, VPN, or even another device.

Hi @Rhys Gottwald In Confluence automation, this is just a current limitation of how the feature works. You can create pages under a parent, but only if you set that parent at the time the page is created. There’s no way to change or assign the parent afterward, and automation doesn’t properly support building a full…

Hi @Sandra Mack A guest user in Confluence can only access one space at a time. To see which space they’re already in, go to Confluence Administration -> Guests and search for their name. You can also check Space settings -> Space access.
-
Hello @Aysel This usually happens when the original admin leaves without handing over access. Since Jira is tied to an Atlassian account, things like app passwords or extra security can block normal password resets. In this case, the easiest way forward is to contact Atlassian support directly. You can use this…
-
Hi @Patrick Wende Welcome to the Atlassian community This doesn’t seem to be a bug, but rather a change in how the Teams API handles permissions. If you’re getting a 200 OK response but no data (entities is empty), it usually means the API call is working, but your access is limited. From what I’ve seen, this happens when:…

Hi @Jeremy Wood In Jira Service Management, the issue is that adding a comment counts as an update, which resets any “time in status” automation. That’s why the reminders end up drifting. A simpler and more reliable way to handle this is to track when the ticket first enters Waiting for customer. You can do this by…

Hi @M Chandra Shekar Jira doesn’t currently let you add quick filters to multiple Kanban boards all at once. Each board has its own settings, so you have to set up quick filters individually. If you want to make it easier, you can: Copy and paste the same filter into each board Use a saved filter in your JQL so you only…
-
Hi @Mykhailo It’s more likely a temporary Jira issue, a browser problem, or something wrong with that particular board. You can try these simple steps: Open Jira in incognito mode and try again Try the same change in a different browser Go to Board settings > Columns and make the change there Check whether the same issue…
-
Hi @Jaroslav Jaroš Yes, this can be done if the space you want to copy is a company-managed space. When creating the new space, you can choose to use the same settings as an existing one. This is a good way to keep the same request types, workflows, fields, and other configurations. The only thing to note is that…

Hi @James Zalewski Welcome to Atlassian Community Try this JQL: * Since a specific date: created >= "2026-03-01" * Between two dates: created >= "2026-03-01" AND created <= "2026-03-31" * last 7 days: created >= -7d

In that case, please contact your Confluence admin to grant the required permissions
-
Hi @Sindhu Kota Go to your space -> Space settings -> Space Access -> User/Group -> Edit permission and add attachment permission

Hi @Prabhu Palanisamy _Onward_ For hire date changes, I simply add a comment on the main ticket and update the due dates. This automatically notifies all the teams and keeps everyone aligned. If a candidate decides not to join, I move the ticket to a status like “Onboarding Cancelled.” This automatically closes all related…

Hi @Ian Graham A service project cannot be removed directly from the default Help Center. Once the project is linked to that Help Center, it will appear there automatically. If you do not want it to appear in the default Help Center, the best option is to create a separate Help Center and use that dedicated Help Center for…

Hi @Emma Hamlin Right now, when you add the Customer/Client filter, it’s only applied for that moment and isn’t actually saved. So when the queue refreshes, it resets back to its original setup and removes that filter. To stop this from happening, you need to save the view after adding the filter, or create a new queue…

Hi @Sultan Erdogan Remove the user, invite them again, and make sure they log in with the same email; if it still doesn’t work, contact support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hi @Harshveer Kaur To get help from Atlassian support for billing, just go to their support contact page, select “Billing, payments & pricing,” and submit your request. https://support.atlassian.com/contact
-
Hi @Jeremy Wood It brings important links, requests, and information together so users can quickly find what they need without getting confused. Confluence articles are great for detailed information, but a Landing Page helps guide users in the right direction. It acts like a starting point that makes the whole help center…

Hi @Andreas Sundvall When the user was just a customer, Jira automatically sent them emails whenever someone added a public (external) comment. That’s how customer notifications are designed to work. But once you made them an agent, Jira stopped treating them like a customer and started treating them like an internal user.…
