The partner-led presentation wraps services around apps really well. Let me use it as a reference :)

Jira is 20+ years old now and people use pleenty of products outside of Jira. Their "solution" may be spread across many products. I guess the idea behind many future Atlassian-based solutions will be to help customers avoid this spread, or at least integrate smoothly with whatever they currently use.

Well, now everything's an app in the Ecosystem 🤷♂️ Which means each one can be used as a System of Work building block in its own right. The licensing model is exactly why there are so many vendors on the Marketplace, though 😁

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to any of your two questions 😁 The first thing to figure out here is the actual strategy. * Who do you want to talk to? (many different market segments vs. many different buying committee members, or maybe it’s Solution Partners and consultants this time?) * Why do you want to do it?…

This is exactly why building in public and creating a work repository is important. We all learn this the hard way 😅 * Make before-after screenshots, or use archive.org to find older versions of app listings and web pages. The most challenging part of this is to engage more people from your company :) There's a reason why Atlassian rejects every event call for speakers' entries from titles that include anything remotely resembling 'Marketing' or 'Sales'. Product and Customer Success are much better, and having an engaged C-suite is a top…

@Poju Yap_Ricksoft_ Thanks for your input and questions! Your Community strategy sounds like you really get the point of working with your future customers :) The same can be done on any forum or industry group - when the main purpose is providing value, we never sound overly promotional. I'm preaching a similar sentiment…

@Natalia_Kovalchuk_SaaSJet_ You won't gain much value from generic answers to generic questions :) Granted, we all operate in the same ecosystem and share a market. But this market is huge. It's 300k companies (and still growing) of different sizes worldwide, covering dozens of industries and hundreds of team…
