You are Welcome @Alejandra González If my answer was useful, please accept the answer, it will help others facing similar issue.

Thank you @Alejandra González for the details. I suspect Due date field might be causing this issue. You customers should have Schedule issues permissions if they want to set/modify the date. If they don't have it, they might get this error. Can you try unhiding that field and make it optional and ask customers to raise a…

@nicholas_burridge Please share the workaround here if possible :)
-
Are you saying that few customers are able to raise that request and its not working for some ? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the hidden fields in your request type and what's their field type ? You can also try to log in as an agent in that Service Desk and click "create" from the JIRA header to see if you are…

Thank you for confirming, are you using any user picker field in your form, asking because if there is any custom field having default value set to a user who is inactive, there are chances that you could see such error. Refer this thread for details.
-
Hi @Alejandra González Looks like you have a hidden field on your request type and it doesn't have a default value. Go to your project settings > request type and select the form where you have the hidden field and then unhide the field, hide it and enter a value. Please confirm if that is the case.

Hi @Brendan Gray Yes you can create a status called "Declined" in your workflow and map that status to an existing column (eg: Done) in your board. Alternatively, you can also use "Resolution" field in your screens. which can have options like Declined, Rejected, Won't Do etc. This way you don't need to create additional…

Hi @Peter If you are not opting for JIRA cloud (Atlassian offered) and want to install it on private/public cloud, you should choose Jira Data Center. I will advise you to go through "Installing Jira Data Center " to know more about the supported platforms and other pre-requisites.

Hi @SRIJAN SRIVASTAVA Yes, the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA) is a free app, built and maintained by Atlassian, that can be installed on your Confluence Server or Data Center instance. The migration assistant is the easiest and most reliable way to move from server/Data Center to Confluence Cloud. You can read…

それは正解です. グローバル管理者/スペース管理者を知っている場合、十分な権限がない場合は、彼らに助けを求めることができます。

Hi @yamasaki kie You will need space admin access to check Space Tools settings in your space. Refer screenshot below - Space Tools -> Permissions

Hi @yamasaki kie スペース管理者権限がある場合は、[スペースツール]-> [権限]で、[ページへの追加権限]を持つすべてのユーザーを追加していることを確認してください。 --- English Translation - If you have space admin permissions, make sure you have added all those users with Add permission to Pages, under Space Tools -> Permissions.

Hi @Devyn Cleveland Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Not sure if you are hit with this bug - Cannot create child issue from Epic in new issue view when there is required field If yes, you can try the workaround mentioned on the bug to see if that helps. Hi @Sofya Yes, slash command only works for editor in Cloud. For data center version you should use "{" shortcut. Hope this helps.
-
Ah ok, so you are using starter license, for which support is only available through Atlassian Community, you can read more about it here. Let me know, how your clean installation goes.
-
It's quite possible. Are you entitled for support ? If yes, I would suggest raising a support ticket with Atlassian first to confirm if that's the case and further support. If not, you can perform fresh confluence installation with an embedded database and then change confluence.cfg.xml file to point back to old database.…

Thanks @ray.kim I have voted for it and watching it for updates.
-
Good to know that you made some progress. You can try clearing Confluence Plugins Cache and restart confluence to see if that helps.
-
Hi @Kathryn Gerrell Not a problem, and you are right that you might not be able to achieve this using Template functionality. You might want to explore third party apps on Atlassian Marketplace to see any of them meets your requirement.

Hi @Dnyaneshwar Telange Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Reordering child issues is possible using drag and drop in Team Managed projects. Can you please confirm if you are using Team managed or Company managed project ? For Company Managed Projects, you can set the ranking of the issues on the board (via drag and drop)
-
Hi @ray.kim I am able to replicate it, neither I can add an inline comment to a link while in edit mode nor in published mode (refer screenshot below), it could be an expected behaviour. What you are trying to achieve is a fair suggestion, you can go ahead and raise it as a new feature request.
-
Great. If you are familiar with REST API, @Pramodh M has already given a solution in his response (thank you Pramodh for that) which is an efficient way and will save your time.

Hi @Kathryn Gerrell Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can insert the Attachments macro which displays a list of files attached to a page. You can also add this macro to your template if required, so it will be automatically added to pages created using this template. Is this what you are looking for ?
