@Martin Finch I have used eazyBi add on reporting tool for Jira software. Once you build the report in eazyBI, you can include it as a widget in the standard Jira dashboard. This tool is quite robust and can do a lot which the standard Jira dashboard widgets cannot.

@Siddharth Jain It looks like there are incomplete sub-tasks related to the issues listed. The parent issue must be in complete status but the sub-tasks are incomplete. To move these issues to the next sprint, move the parents stories/tasks to status other than Done. Then close the sprint, it will allow you to move to…

hi @sunil raghav 1) Create a filter for bugs. 2) You can use the inbuilt Jira dashboard to group the bugs by priority using a pie chart. or 3) If you want to export, you can export from the filter to a csv file. 4) delete columns not required in the excel (so it is not cluttered), then you can use the pivot table. To…

HI @Martinez_ Diego You can sort by Sprint ID DESC and also check only for openSprints().

Natively, there are two options. Not 100% solution, but close 1) Adding a condition to workflow transition. This doesn't have contains comparison. So bit restrictive. 2) Add an automation rule and include all fixversions that should not transition. This will involve updating the rule whenever you add a new fix version that…

ho @Jyotsna Chimakurthi Can you post a screenshot of the operation you are trying to do and the error message? Thanks

Hi @liudmyla.savchuk You could possibly do this using text matching rules. But in general you do not want to add very specific/custom rules, as you need to think of long term maintainability. You could alternatively use filter to see the status of the three specific stories and also list the 4th story. If the three are…

Hi @stevencarredev Could you check if you created under Jira Work Management instead of Jira Software?

Hi @Roy Chimezie Could you please explains "Dates on Jira board". Do you mean date fields in Jira issues?
-
Hi @최병윤 Don't think you can change the color for version, as the progress bar shows the color of the status of issues in that version. For Epics, you can change the color by clicking in the EPIC and editing the color.
-
hi @JD.Lobue Hope this helps.
-
Hi @Manikandan Another way to do this, is not make the Fix Version as mandatory field, but keep it as optional. Add a rule when moving status to Closed (or similar), if the resolution is not duplicate/not required etc then the field value will be required.

Section 1: Can exclude issue type EPIC plus any other issue type you intent to exclude (project = [JSW] AND issuetype != [IssueType] AND ([CustomField] = [Value] OR [SecondCustomField] = [Value]) AND (component != [ComponentValue] OR component is EMPTY) AND (labels != [Value] OR labels is EMPTY) ) OR Section 2 can include…

Do you want to filter out just Epics not reported by the PO or all issues (from the filtered list by the issuetype which you already have) related to the EPIC not reported by the PO?

@jack Please check now.. All slides should be visible.

Hi @jack You should have view/comment access. I am unable to give team member access, as that will mean an additional license I will need to pay for Miro. Thank You

project = "Project Name" AND issuetype = Story AND (Sprint in closedSprints() and sprint in futureSprints()) If an issue was present in the past closed sprint and in future sprint (if the latest sprint is not started, this query will work) or project = "Project Name" AND issuetype = Story AND (Sprint in closedSprints() and…

Passed the exam on Sep 9th. Took about 2+ hours to complete 75 questions. Took the exam at the PSI centre. Studying the Atlassian Success Cloud course and other topics linked from the course and doing the sample tests would greatly help.. Practice hands-on activities with as many topics as you can. This will help you…
