Hi @Kevin Mote only the Agile Board FIlter will help you
-
I don't think you can use boards to do that. I'd look at the dashboard and create some kind of aggregated view using a two dimensional gadget or generate some graphs. Maybe the Portfolio plugin will be able to do what you want.

Hi @Kamil Siddiqui "Is there any functionality to allow for quick filters to display all at once as a single view" Quick Filters reduce the number of tickets by hiding the one excluded by the query - no way to change the way you display swimlanes "If anyone knows how to display a ticket in multiple team swimlanes" That is…

Move to server :)

Try this https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/custom-field-not-appearing-in-issue-navigator-search-criteria-125698089.html
-
Hi @fabrizio galletti So your first option would be something like: - Restrict the list of epics only to Epics linked to displayed issues Is that correct?
-
Hi @Lalit Mehta The JQL input seems to be reasonable. Maybe a JQL icon that would switch the input from live search to Full JQL mode an the othe way around. The checkbox hmmm.. may be usefull in such scenario. So I'd say if you are in Advanced mode and checkbox is selected the field should be read only and every time you…
-
@Adam Paeth Yes you can do this by selecting the option "Mark as done" that will set the Epic Status to Done. Remember that is not the Issue Status. We've implemented advanced epic pane filtering. Have a look at the discussion here:…
-
@fabrizio galletti But that would filter the epic list using a JQL. Issues in the backlog and epic list would be limited the same way. For example: Let's say story issue type would use components and epics not (no component field at all for issue epic type). In such scenario a quick filter "components in..." would hide all…

Nice ideas thank you. What do you think to move all the possible options to board configuration. So a team(per board)\jira admin (globally)\user could choose what kind of filters should be visible? PS. chackout the demo…

@Hussein Abu-Zaineh TA DA :)
-
Hi @Olof Robertson, Right now its possible to filter by epic name/key only. Soon we'll be releasing filter by project KEY and 4 extra filters: * Uncompleted (at least 1 open issue) * Unestimated (at least 1 unestimated issue) * Empty (without any issues) * NonEmpty (exclude empty epics) Any other kind of filtering requires…

I've not seen a plugin like that. If you're customer would be interested we may be able to implement it for him. Drop me an email on info@extensi.io Our plugin modyfying JIRA Software: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/io.extensi.jira.plugin.agileboardfilter/server/overview Cheers Przemyslaw

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist-, @Monique vdB Sorry I've not seen your previous answers before posting mine. Anyway I think my questions are still valid.
-
OK I get your point. In that case why not close all threads (posts) older than 12 months by default? How can we assume that something asked 2-3 years ago is not valid anymore. I often try to find something here and simply can't. The search results give 2-3-10 similar posts asking the same - no answer provided, as…
-
Hi @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-, @Monique vdB Why an add-on based solution\answer should be considered as spam? Yes we're marketplace vendors so it in our business to make sure customers are familiar with our products. And if we manage to solve their problems we create a post. Growing marketplace is a win for…

-
Hi @Arnold Schoenfeld, @Renjith Pillai Now in 2017 you can use JIRA build in functionality to do that :) And you can print unprinted cards only if you use Agile Board Filter and Agile Cards plugins See how it works https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7dpfynLXzE
-
hi @Johann Lubbe, @Robert Leitch [ALM Works] You'd have to filter the board first using JQL. Parent in (issue1, issue2) To be able to do that you have to use the Agile Board Filter plugin. Afterwards you can print the board using JIRA 7 print option or any other print plugin. If you use Agile Cards then you'll get extra…
-
Hi @Jeanne Howe There is a new way which will help you to print unprinted cards only directly from your board or backlog See lastes video how to print unprinted issues only
-
No API. The only way is to hack jira ;) We've done something similar on the board and backlog screens. If you're interested to have it included on the release page drop us an email on info@extensi.io
-
hi @George Carvill It is now using the Agile Board Filter
-
Hi @Tim Saunders1 , @Phill Fox You can use our add-on Agile Board Filter to achieve filtering like this.
-
Hi @Karl Roth Well you can do this using the Agile Board FIlter add-on which introduces a concept of private (user) filters. Any user is able to create his private "Quick Filter"
-
hi @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-, Yes you're right. I was not aware of Jira core boards for cloud
-
Hi @Brittany Woerner Use our Agile Board Filter add-on to filter out the boar/backlog without having to use Quick Filters in a more intuitive way
