Hej from Sweden! My favourite is sold in Ireland (&UK) and it is the fig roll. Still trying to solve the age old question of - how do they get the figs into the fig rolls? https://youtu.be/LfzWVU5S3hk

Hi Durga, Welcome to the Atlassian community. It looks like you need to upgrade your plan to be able to use this function. The free version limits the 2-way functionality on Jira Service Management Cloud integration. Documentation on this here. -Ciara

Welcome Melissa, The only solution, out of the box, that I know of would be to have the out of office mail comment on tickets. This can be a messy solution but it works. A few other options to consider: Use an app to use as a mail handler, for example, JEMH, Scriptrunner to add the out of office mail to the issue/request.…

Enjoyable session, automate the world.

Public whiteboards are great! Working with customers as a consultant this gives so much freedom and less account overhead.
-
All of this automation is such a great time saver. Love it!

Yes that show grid option will save my eyes a lot of work :D Love all of these though, good time savers.

Yes you can add all agents into every organisation and then when creating in the portal the agent can select the correct one. I have this set up for multi region based teams and it works ok. -Ciara

Hi Edgar, Can you add some screenshots please? 1. The request with Organizations visible 2. The Customers view with the Organizations visible. 3. The Open requests view after you click on 'View open' from the Customers view. Thank you -Ciara

Hi Marc, Welcome to Atlassian Community. Not knowing your set up fully I would offer a couple of pointers and depending on how your users look as the assignee. Set up two Organizations in your portal - Org1 - domain1 and Org2 - domain2. Using this Organization then set up automation to set the label or custom field to…

I visited New Jersey and New York when I was around 11 I think. I watched the fireworks from Point Pleasant and was in complete awe. Really enjoyed that vacation.

Hi Franz, If you hit the ? on the top right of the screen and then type ? you will get an overlay with the possible shortcuts. And looking at mine on Chrome with a Mac there is no submit command. Tabbing through the fields and hitting enter seems to be the closest thing.

Hi Christina, Welcome to the Atlassian community. There is a limit of 3 in cloud and 5 in DC. In the following request you can see that the search in the Help Centre is now 30 but still 3 on the request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4263 -Ciara

Updated* Thanks Lisa :)

Hi Dave, Take a look here to update the email template: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/create-an-email-template-for-stakeholder-notifications/ However this seems to require Enterprise plan. -Ciara

Hi Harish, Then I would use the Export and Import functionality. This will keep the link types. Export and Import documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-and-export-your-data-to-and-from-jira-cloud/

Go to Administration > Manage Apps > expand on Scriptrunner: You can see the modules enabled on the right hand side:

Hi Jesse, Here is a list of the smart values for automation: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/ This seems like a bug though so perhaps you can raise this directly with Atlassian here. -Ciara

Can you check if all modules are enabled in the app? And that the behaviour itself is enabled. If it is enabled then can you see it being executed when the form is loaded?
-
Hi Harish, Can you confirm your sub-tasks really are 'Sub-task' type issues, and not some other generic issue type that has been named "sub-task"? Jira does not support having a sub-task in a different project than its parent issue so if you move the parent you will move the child. My advice would be to create a test issue…

Hi MJ Not sure of your set up but make sure the field is in the following: * available to the project in the settings * in the relevant screen and screen scheme Feel free to attach more screenshots and we can try solve this. -Ciara

Hi Calvin, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Is this a specific browser issue? Or has the tab been open for a (very) long time before they submit the request? What size are the issues? To do further testing you can do the following: * Try this in an inPrivate/incognito window * Verify the file size. Then verify there…

Hi Vera, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Can you advise what version of Scriptrunner you are running please? Thank you

Hi Arief, Welcome to Atlassian community. On Kanban boards you can have one main filter to base your board on and then use Quick Filters to drill down and see what you need to do. You can also add swimlanes to group tasks together that have a commonality. There is currently a max of 30 filters on a board. Quick filters…

As a self certified tree hugger and lover of all trees, I find this tree-mendous.

Slightly late but rather late than never. :) I went down to stay with my cousin in a caravan when we were kids. For dinner we were sent to the local chipper (in Ireland they sell fish, chips etc) and my cousin and I ate a few chips (fries) on the way back, her a lot more than me. She got an earful when her mum saw only a…
