Hello @Sandy Hsieh All users that are in your Jira space will be able to select any issue type - this is a system field. No automation rules are needed. If you need to increase the security so only certain users can see certain work item types, you would need to include the work item security.

Sorry to hear that you are having a bad experience. Rovo works on the global level, and sadly there is no feature that allows you to disable it on the user level. If the answer was helpful in any way to you, kindly accept it so the other people can refer to it.

Hello @Renaud Pagin You can disable Rovo when you disable all AI applications. Just go to Atlassian Administration -> AI Settings -> AI Enabled apps. From there disable it from all of your applications.

This is why you can't access Rovo. Rovo is free only from Standard and above tiers. You can start a free trial that lasts for two weeks then you would have to pay in order to have Rovo available.
