As this is more developer focused question that would include the changing the Apache settings in a safe way as @Tomislav Tobijas mentioned, your best choice is to ask this in the https://community.developer.atlassian.com/
-
You should include either your project name or the project key where this needs to happen.
-
Welcome @Bobsy Gmail Possibly your email was added to surpression list. I will escalate this to Atlassian.
-
Hi, Automation rule needs to trigger when there is a change on the field:
-
From the URL itself as far as I can see it says site name (please delete the url of the page, this is the public forum)/pages followed by versions of the pages and the pageId. As you say that this is not a page, maybe I am missing something?
-
@Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ this doesn't seem like a regular Confluence wiki. Is this built with an application? Restriction of the page is this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-restrictions-139414.html Your page is open to public which is a huge risk.
-
Welcome @Jakub Mroz Since you don't have the access to the old email on that organization, I am suggesting creating a new organization with the email you have access to. Do some other people on your old organization have admin access, so they can make you an admin as well?
-
I've found this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf59/using-apache-to-limit-access-to-the-confluence-administration-interface-792499746.html Also you should make configurations in Apache HTTP server which should be mentioned in the documentation.
-
Welcome @Anna Denysko , I can help you with redirecting to Atlassian support. Since I am not from billing team nor working for Atlassian.
-
@Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ This page might give you better insights: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/discussion/3232815/is-there-some-way-to-limit-the-size-that-is-allowed-for-confluence-page-creation
-
Hi @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ You should block everything that is accessible by the anonymous users including the public links as well. Also, restrict those pages to only be available to needed users. Run a curl command to see if you can retrieve anonymous data.
-
Yeah, I saw it, thanks.
-
@Raj Mehra I've sent the request assistance to Atlassian. They will be in touch in next 3-4 business days.
-
For free tier using users, there was an option to ask for an assistance from Atlassian support - what happened to that?
-
Welcome @Raj Mehra This usually happens if you were on the free instance of Confluence which gets deactivated automatically after 120 days of inactivity.
-
Welcome @Joost van de Vijver On your timeline check the option Start hierarchy from and it's value.By default when If the Epics were done and if there was a toggled option Hide epics when they are done, this is also why they are gone. Check your filter of your board as well.
-
Welcome @npusey What kind of table this is? Is it a database or the regular table? On that page you need to have Edit permissions.
-
Welcome @Bhaargavi Natarajan This is a known bug stemming from how Rovo's underlying Jira integration skill deserializes the Atlassian Team entity vs. how the Jira REST API expects field inputs. When Rovo pulls context from an existing ticket, it retrieves the Team object (including accountId, avatarUrl, name, and id).β¦

Hi @Mahanth Prudhvi P Yes, the high-level workflow shown in the image is sound and reflects modern "spec-driven agentic engineering," but your current infrastructure stack (Jira-only + SVN) will block several key automated links. 1. Is this end-to-end flow realistic, or does it break down? The concept is realistic andβ¦
-
Welcome @Raxa Are you using Jira Premium? If so, adding a delay action or splitting the rule into smaller pieces can help prevent duplicate runs.
-
Welcome @Pierre-Henry Which settings did you look into? Personal or notification schemes?
-
Reporting the post and hiding the content automatically deletes the post. That shouldn't be happening.
-
Welcome @Mood Crafts There was a post that is 5 years old. Still is relevant today. Straightforward explanation with n8n https://n8n.io/integrations/jira-software/and/shopify/ One way integration that you can complete with Jira is setting up the global webhook that would receive the Shopify URL and set up theβ¦

Hi @Anwesha Pan Thanks, but it's not working good for me. It will give out the random users.
-
Hello @Mahanth Prudhvi P These are the permission has for Jira: User Identification: Identifies the specific Jira user starting or managing a Cloud Agent. Read Access: Reads work item fields, titles, descriptions, comments, and related project context. Write & Update Access: Posts status updates, completion summaries, andβ¦

Welcome @Thierry Dubau This would be much easier with Rovo since it can give you the accurate answer. Another option is with this Python script import base64 import json import urllib.request import urllib.error import os import ssl # 1. Configuration JIRA_SERVER = "" # No trailing slash JIRA_EMAIL = "" JIRA_API_TOKEN = ""β¦

This was done automatically before. System detected the user who needed to be replied to.
-
But how the data security from the users will be handled then? Forum is public and anyone can see it.
-
Welcome @Elton Lobo Run in incognito and try again. Currently, Atlassian doesn't have any open incidents. Since the number of these questions is rising there might be one. Subscribe to the Jira updates here: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/
-
Hi @Pierre Justrabo Run in the incognito mode or clear your cache and try again. The link you posted is related to a specific ticket which might have been deleted and therefore you would get this error as well.
