I've made a request for Atlassian to help you out regarding this issue.
-
Welcome @Charles Herbert Matovu ! * What is the error message that you receive? * When was the last time you accessed Jira?
-
Hi @pablo I've removed some of the info since this is a public forum. You have tried multiple things, before I request an access from Atlassian support, when you open your developer console, what do you see as responses in your Network tab and also the Console tab?
-
@Luuk Post This is the issue. You are on free plan, which doesn't have permissions. Permissions are available in Standard plan.
-
Welcome @Melissa Mleczkowski I see that this is more limited to work items need to be seen depending on the each team. Work item security is designed to have multiple security levels. You can have a single user per security level. You can also use group custom field value. You can create a filter that will only be shared…

Not much that can be done from that side, except to have some third party apps that would fix the UX, or to develop a custom Forge application that will do something to enhance the UX.
-
Hello @sankalp_khare While JSM is not flexible with the request that you have and since your users are experience bad UX, have you tried using the Display name only without the description itself. Naming should be used enough for the users to understand it's purpose.
-
@Sumit Mahajan In that case, I would suggest contacting Atlassian support.
-
Hello @Sumit Mahajan If you are getting the response of 200, the API is working. This can be a temporary issue from the Atlassian's server. Try in incognito mode and clear your cache.
-
Hello @Namratha Krishna Comments IS EMPTY It needs a capital C.
-
Hello @Namratha Krishna You can use comment ~ "name of the user" and it will show the comment where the user has been mentioned.
-
Hello @Anna Karina Gomes You can refer to this page: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Atlassian-Account-questions/Delete-account/qaq-p/3208790 I've made a request and Atlassian support will reach out in 2 business days.
-
Hi @Tobi Kolawole Confluence doesn't support this API call yet. Alternatively, you would need to export a page by page or even using the third party applications. In your Atlassian administration, when you go to Rovo and it's access, do you get a banner that says try Rovo beta? This new Rovo will allow you to create…

Hello @Julieta Gorga You can create a new priority scheme and assign it to your project. Before that you can create and add P0,P1,P2 as other priorities. To have it separated, no. Unless you create P0,P1 and P3 to be a custom field and add the context of the custom fields to be shown only on Bugs.
-
Welcome @jjordan1 This is because the email has been added to the supression list from Atlassian's side. You need to create a support ticket here
-
Welcome @ucas_thomasw This is because that email has been added to the supression list from Atlassian's side. You can place a support ticket here
-
Hi @Philip Elderfield From your side, you have already did everything you could. As mentioned in the error, you should raise a support ticket.
-
@Luuk Post You need to go to the space settings -> Permissions. Locate Browse Projects permission, edit the permission scheme and add the individual user Bitbucket Pipelines. CAUTION: Changing the permission scheme if it's a default one, may apply to other projects sharing the permission scheme. First check with how many…
-
Hi @Josh Yeah, same thing happened to me, same error.
-
Yes, with premium subscription you can create sandboxes and copy production data. More in here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/create-a-sandbox/
-
You can check this if you are project administrator and if you see the Space settings when you click on three dots in left sidebar.
-
Hello @Luuk Post You need to check the Browse projects permission and if that user is part of the role within that permission. Best practice is to assign roles to the users.
-
Hello @nagata shumpei by default Atlassian products became AI powered products. To disable on the organization level, you need to go to Rovo Access that is being used to add the applications to the block list. Here, you want to add all of the Rovo supported applications for all of your sites. On Rovo settings, beta…
-
Hi @Matteo Giordano When you are adding a field to the form within Validation check the box Response required and save the form.
-
That error is mostly fixed when you clear your cache and start in incognito mode.
-
Hi @Diana Proemm How did you used to login to Jira - Google sign in, username and password, passkey?
-
In that case, you need to look for the Atlassian marketplace or to create your own custom Forge application.
-
@wuwei escalated to Atlassian. They will reach out in 2 business days.
-
Hi @wuwei Do this again in the incognito mode and clear your cache previously.
-
Hi @ech Do this again in incognito mode and previously clear your cache.
