Hi @Arno Igne This is a public forum that handles the problems that the members of the community have, not the feature request bullet-in board. For all feature requests refer to this link: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/BrowseProjects.jspa

Hi @Patrick Possberg There is no direct approach to this. You can add Automation for Jira system user to the Add comments permission. Restricted comments can be modified only when the comment has been made on the work item manually. Additionally, you can create an automation rule that will include the Work item security…

For authorization use your email…

Even though you have the Admin role, if these checkboxes are not ticket, you still won't be able to export it.
-
Hi @Ellanor Hall_ Vodafone You are lacking the Export space permission that is being defined with roles in Confluence. Speak to your space/Confluence admin to grant you this permission.
-
Hello @Iskren Plashkov You either need to be at least site admin privileges for this. You can access it when you click on the cog at the far right side near your avatar then look for User management. If you don't see this, this means that you are not the site admin. You should ask someone who is a site admin to invite…

Welcome @Iskren Plashkov Did you double check that you have invited users from the User management part, not from the Jira space itself?

Even though you have the automation being set for it that sets the security level, the rule actor should also be the one who has the access for the Set issue security permission. Other than that, you are safe.
-
Hi @Maria Ciobanu * Yes, because these groups are closed in terms of which users you put in those groups will be seeing the specific work item Also one thing to keep in mind that issue security also relies on the Security Level field and also the Set issue security permission as well. * You should limit on who has the Set…
