Hi @Iris Andersen Thanks for the question. You can find the Resolution by going to Settings --> Work Items --> Under the Work Item Attributes, find Resolutions. But before deleting some Resolutions, be sure that no tickets have that resolution, and that no automations or other functions use it. After that, you can delete…

Hi @Duhwee Pham Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, yesterday there was also a post about this change, and on our side, it also worked that way. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Grouping-reset-back-to-Stories-in-Active-Sprint-view/qaq-p/3142114#M1156471

Hi @IT Bandar Glad that it helped.
-
Hi @Richard A_ Michaels Glad that it helped, you are very welcome.
-
Dear @Lucy Cookney You are very welcome.
-
Hey @Vitheya Monikha For the Customer Portal, you should have a project type of Service Management. The documentation you found in the following links. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/receive-requests-from-an-online-portal/…
-
Hi @Tapio Taipale Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, the same behaviour is on my side, I think, there was a global change on Atlassian side.
-
Hi @Lucy Cookney Yes, if you are using another automation for updating the due date, you should put the following checkbox in order to allow another automation to run this one.
-
Hi @Vitheya Monikha If you can open admin.atlassian.com → Directory → Users, you likely are a Site Admin. If that section isn’t visible or accessible, you aren’t a Site Admin — and will need to ask an Organization Admin to check or grant it. In that section, you can filter via roles, who is an admin or org admin.
-
Hi @yaron I think automation is best for this. You can split the 24K tickets into small parts, for example, via the created date, and run automation on that.
-
@DaBu Seems your plan is the "Free", which is why it is not allowing you to submit a request. Dear @Mohanraj Thangamuthu, please have a look. Can we help with the recovery or not?
-
Hi @DaBu In the id.atlassian.com in the "Sites and Products" section, check if the site is visible or not. If visible but disabled, you should be able to re-activate from there. If it is not visible, contact Atlassian Support immediately. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

You are welcome, dear @Nikola Perisic
-
Hi @Nikola Perisic Did you consider the scheduled automation option as a workaround? For example, in a time period search, that tickets and send them a notification?
-
Hi @Obenaus, Karsten I think Jira automatically treats any image uploaded through the rich text editor (in a description or comment) as an attachment. There isn’t a built-in option to hide these inline images from the attachments section; Jira always lists every uploaded file there, even if it’s only used for display in…
-
Hi @Vladislav Sinkevitch Unfortunately, Jira doesn’t have separate settings to manage labels; they only exist on issues. If an issue is deleted, its labels disappear too. The only way to manage labels is during issue creation or editing. You can search for any add-on, if it exists, for advanced label management.
-
Hi @Martina Maťašová Unfortunately, this is not possible on the Cloud. You can raise a support ticket with Atlassian and ask them if they can help with this issue, but you cannot do this while on the Free Plan of Jira. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
Hi @IT Bandar Please try revoking the invitation and resending it. On their computer, clear the browser cache or open an incognito window and try again to accept the invitation. If still no success, contact Atlassian Support. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi @Suneel Kumar Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This error occurs when the service account is authenticated but doesn’t have permission to view the issue or project. Please ensure the service account Has a Jira product license. Has Browse Projects permission in the project’s permission scheme or is added to the…

Hi @Saif Allah AZZAZA This version should work for you. Trigger: Issue transitioned → To Done Condition: Issue type = Sub-task Branch: For parent Action: Re-fetch issue data Action: Lookup issues with JQL: parent = {{issue.key}} and issuetype = sub-task and status = done <span> </span>Action: Edit Field→ set your numeric…

Hi @Laura Pellizzari Empty output usually means either there are no standard issue links on the idea, or the relation lives somewhere else (e.g., Delivery tickets). Try this raw link probe (should print any links if they exist): issueLinks.MAP( CONCAT($.source.key, " [", $.type.inward, " / ", $.type.outward, "] ",…

Hi @jriccardo I wasn't sure if it was what you needed, but I could only find this. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-39586 You can also request this feature.
-
Hi @alprog Jira Cloud REST API doesn’t currently support “compact mode.” Fields like status and parent are always returned as objects, not simple IDs or keys. Jira supports expanding objects, but not collapsing them. The best workaround is to explicitly set fields to only what you need and extract the minimal values…
-
Hi @jriccardo As @Suraj Aderogba said, in Jira Cloud, field labels on the Customer Portal can be customized per request type, but once a ticket is created, the agent view uses the global field names from Jira’s settings. Currently, it’s not possible to have different labels for the same field in the portal and the support…
-
Hi @Wyman Yan From the provided screen, I can't exactly say which permission is missing or what the issue, that you can't assign a ticket.
-
Hi @Andrzej Paszek Thanks for the clarification. What if we update the parent’s “Remaining Estimate” only, not the Time Spent? We can change the automation. Set Remaining Estimate --> (Parent Remaining Estimate) - (Time Logged on sub-task).
-
Hi @Laura Pellizzari , Great find on switching to issueLinks. To avoid any surprises with link direction, here’s a formula. It figures out the “other end” of each link at runtime, so you don’t have to guess whether HPI is on the source or destination side: WITH markdown(item) = CONCAT( "[", IF item.status.category = "Done"…

Hi @Mahanth Prudhvi P Yes, I agree with you. I think, most useful ones can be these 2 ones. https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog
-
Hi, Dear @Wyman Yan Did you check the properties on the workflow?
-
Hi @julie_calboutin Glad that it helped you. Always ready to help, dear :)
