Some considerations: * Existing users will have a hard time adjusting to this change (I still call Jira Service Management Jira Service Desk to this day) * Third party documentation as well as AI models will refer to Issue Types, Issue Security Schemes etc. for years * The API naming will likely not change, disconnecting…

Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- thanks for the info! Do you have multiple issue types selected at the top? There is a logic that checks if the fields are available on all issue types' edit screens. But I will have a look regardless, it should be easy to use :) Cheers Stefan

Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- Thank you for your great feedback! For the moment, I thought it would be less friction to add them directly in Jira, but Confluence integration is on the roadmap to display these documents. As for the fields - all fields are editable - the one on the request screen are just highlighted to…

This change does not make any sense - why would you search for issues if you can't view them? What is the purpose of viewing a project when you can not interact with its content? Why didn't you just clarify the wording of "Browse projects"? Also, what are the implications for apps and integrations? Why is there no advanced…

Hi, I think this question is directed at Advanced Story Maps for Jira Currently, there is no real limitation on the number of Story Maps. I would estimate that a reasonable maximum would be 200 maps, as Jira's entity property size is limited and can't be exceeded by the app. Hope this helps Stefan

Thank you for the opportunity to show Advanced Story Maps & congrats @Nikki Zavadska _Appfire_ :)

As these are most likely task issue types, they might not have the story point field assigned to them. Unfortunately Jira only enables story points for the story issue type in some project templates.

Hi @Unkel Rambo - in case you are using the (Free or Pro) Story Mapping app, reach out to us via Service Desk - we can have a more in-depth look at the board or project configuration. https://realignedtechnologies.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Hi Charlotte, this could be done with Issue Bulk Change, you can select from the top Filters -> Advanced Issue Search, then select the project in question to filter by and then click the top most checkbox for selecting all the issues in the list. Next, you can click on the "three-dots" button in the top right and select…

Hi Andrew, in Confluence Server, you will be able to grant anonymous access only to certain Confluence spaces. So you will allow anonymous access globally and then for the spaces you want to share, activate Anonymous view access in space settings. For those spaces that should remain private, make sure anonymous access is…

You can run Server behind the firewall, so you can open anonymous access there. This is the main difference. If you want people to be able to log in, they need a license, outlined here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/global-permissions-overview-138709.html

Unfortunately, this is not supported, Atlassian has dropped the WAR distribution in 2014: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/end-of-support-announcements-for-confluence-210239673.html#EndofSupportAnnouncementsforConfluence-EARWAR201409

The storage is meant for overall attachment storage in your instance. The state of the issue has no effect on that.

There is a Teams in Space Demo made by Atlassian but it is a while old and was made for the Server products. You can find it here: https://bitbucket.org/msuntinger/teams-in-space-demo/src/master/ Additionally, there seems to be a Feature Request to have the same available for Cloud:…

Have a look at Agile Hive - https://agile-hive.com/ - its a full SAFe solution for Jira.

the Confluence editor has its quirks, see for example https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-34278 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-35942 so what you are describing is not unusual or unheard of. I think most users have come to accept these issues and just live with them. But I wont say this is a desired situation.…

Hello Michael, check this image for reference https://github.com/blacklabelops/confluence There is even a howto for a nginx reverse proxy config. If you want to transfer an existing Confluence to Docker, you would normally copy all files from your CONFLUENCE_HOME directory to the Docker volume where the CONFLUENCE_HOME is…
