Hi @Marc -Devoteam- Thank you for your help! Hello @髙橋碧, as Marc mentioned, the feature comes from the Deviniti Issue Templates app. At the moment, only the Global Admin can create the checklist presets. However, if you'd like other roles to be able to create them as well, please let me know. Any suggestions or feedback…

Hi @Bart_ Alex Thank you for your insight!

To search for other customers, they must belong to the same organization as the person performing the search. Here, I also found a solution to search for other customers outside their organizations within the same project: Solution The solution below will enable your customers to search for other customers outside their…

Hi @Aymane jilali If users are added to a JSM project as customers, they cannot search for internal users in user pickers. They can search only for themselves or for other customers from their organizations.

Hi @Christof Hurst that was my fallback plan; however, I wanted to make sure whether this behavior is expected or if it’s a bug Thank you!

Thank you @Charlie Misonne!

I'm not really into strategy and planning myself, but even so, EazyBI is the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to reporting, and that already says something 😄

As @Paul Madison mentioned, the Cascading field only supports two levels:Parent–Child, with a list of options corresponding to each. Could you please let me know whether the described case is meant to be used for filling in internal create screens, or if it’s about using this field on the customer portal?

Hi @Akash As @Sebastian Krzewiński mentioned, unfortunately, it is not possible to add headers to a request type. In JSM Forms, you can add sections and name them, however, from what I see, these names are not visible later on the portal side: I suggest checking the Bundled Fields feature from the Deviniti Extension for…

Hi @Brian Helton Have you linked the fields from the Form to their corresponding custom fields on the issue view? Form fields are not Jira fields, so we cannot operate on them directly in Automation. We can only set conditions for the entire form, such as: Form opened for edits Form attached Form submitted I suggest…

Hi @__ Jimi Wikman Thank you for your comment! More and more organizations are starting to approach SLAs as something that should reflect the full service process across the company, not just isolated pieces. That’s why our app doesn’t limit configuration to a single project. Instead, it gives teams the flexibility to…

Hi @Whitney Nicholes I already have the option to write articles (it was unlocked based on my activity level), so I just wanted to check - do I still need to request writing permissions and the lozenge to write articles about the apps?

Hi @Bill Sheboy You're right! Thank you very much for the reminder! I've only recently started being active on the Community, so I appreciate your message even more - it will definitely help me avoid similar oversights in the future :) Kind Regards, Weronika

Hi @Caroline Durand The 'delete' button should be available right after archiving a card. Additionally, you can delete archived cards in the menu section, under the 'Archived items' tab. Here is a short Loom showing that I hope it will be helpful! :) Kind Regards, Weronika
