@Scott Bell but the whole idea was to by default redact, but also allow usage of APIs to copy automations from one instance to the other. We have created elaborate python scripts and pipelines for this (which redact/un-redact as needed). Cancelling this parameter will now break this and introduce manual work again.
-
@Scott Bell what about the redactSensitiveFields paramter?

On top of adding Jira fields to an Xray work type, you CAN also create Xray Custom Fields for Tests Sets and Test Runs. These live in the Xray data and not on Jira, These are on the space level though and allow additional data in the Xray data. If that might help you.…

are those validations using Jira native actions or use 3rd party apps actions? if native, you can use the Jira API to create this (a bit complex but works) if 3rd party, like scriptrunner/jmwe, sadly there are no public APIs by the vendors to assist with this. I'm not aware if UI cloning abilities of this.

Apologies - my mistake. It does, but it is limited (thus in my mind I disregarded it altogether lol )
-
Atlassian does not provide such service. There is a company called rewind that does - https://rewind.com/products/backups/jira/ (I have no affiliation with them)
-
There isn't really a way to do this. You can only search for work items with PRs (merged/closed) - see jql-developer-status Seem there was a feature request to be able to search based on branches - JRACLOUD-30094 - but that was rejected by Atlassian.... You might be able to use the API for this…

If this is still relevant you might want to check Xray's new Enhanced Querying with JQL options. They published this about a month ago, and they still consider this beta. It won't give you the TEs results but it can allow you to filter by results. Example - issue in testExecutionTests("MYKEY-123", "PASSED") returns all…

Did you check there is no Automation in Jira that triggers on the event "Pull Request Created" that does this?

Moved to a discussion https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Cloud-Admins-articles/Rovo-as-Jira-Admin-quot-Sidekick-quot/ba-p/3170607#M2151.

I thought I was opening a discussion. I understand I took a wrong turn somewhere and opened a question thread? my bad :)

@Nikola Perisic I understand and know the current limitations. I'm not speaking of the present. I'm saying why not in the future. These actions can be controlled and secured, let alone limited. And of course be part of a bigger process of doing them in a sandbox, have human to review and approve and only then promote to…
-
Thank you @Nikola Perisic , I'll check about the workflow builder, however what I meant in the above, is to ask, what actually is stopping Atlassian from developing an Admin Rovo (or name it differently) which based on prompt, uses the complex APIs and does the heavy lifting for us? I know and understand the main and…

Is this a new page? If not, do others have access to it? Can you look in the page version history and see if maybe another user uploaded it? Maybe an internal or external automation? Is this a regular page or a live page?
-
Is this still relevant? On April latest version was 3.4.23, and since there are newer versions. If still relevant, I encourage to download latest and try.
-
Is this still relevant? Since the reported version, I see in release notes there are few more versions. Although I couldn't find exact fix in there to the problem you reported, have you tried the latest versions? (btw, personally I like the open-source GitExtenstions - you might want to look at it as well)

To be honest, I'm kind of old school. I like my new Confluence page squeaky clean and to shape it as I like

As someone who does Hannuka rather that Christmas, I'm not sure if the color of the lights have meaning? Maybe blue symbols for her something which is not merry? With regards to mixing colors though, when we pick the candles for the menorah, I for example always try to have colors mixed and try not to have 2 candles with…

@Carol Low based on your previous answers regarding contexts (and with the latest https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Cloud-Admins-articles/Say-goodbye-to-field-configuration-schemes-and-hello-to-the/bc-p/3161374#M2059 in mind) - to sum contexts behaviors in the new approach, is this correct - 1. Fields context are…

@chiara.minardi2 Xray have a bug open about this - https://jira.getxray.app/browse/XRAYCLOUD-9349 I recommend you add a vote and a watch it to track it,
-
Did you try to use the Plans API to get the team from wanted plan then with Jira API update the context of wanted drop-down field? See documentations here - Plan Teams API Jira field options API
-
Following this question, I went to check what we get, and indeed also seems to be wrong. As we have Xray Enterprise, I took liberty to open a support technical question with Xblend about this. I've added also link to this post. Let's see what they say.

Also, good overview of some new stuff for veterans who aren't fully aware of new additions popping on.
-
Good reminder that the command palate exists

Well once in a while getting back to basics is always good. I was not fully aware of the database feature.

Second that.

On top of all the good answers above, are you aware that Atlassian finally have API support for automation rules? https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/automation/rest/api-group-rule-management/#api-group-rule-management It's not perfect, but I use it, through python scripts I wrote to export specific or all automation…
