Of course, the Rovo standard response (as of today) is it doesn't have direct access to Assets CMDB currently, might double-check that "hallucination" with your Atlassian rep(?). Dia has direct access to the content of the page (Assets are lifted out of the CMDB and rendered to the page DOM). Do any of your asset pages…
-
@Juan Carlos Pin Did you start with another browser (e.g. Chrome), then switch to Dia for a more reliable experience? With browser reading the DOM (thanks @_A9_ William Kennedy ) presumably Rovo is enabled (in your organization / site) to access all your (own) assets data by default? Justin

A fun session I thought, thanks to @Darryl Lee, @_A9_ William Kennedy . Appreciate the organisation @Caterina Curti I didn't yet manage BINGO myself...

Agreed, great to see progress. and the ability to choose models. Would really appreciate an update on AI-973, model hosting in different regions, local hosting of models, or the use of "proxies" to govern model behaviour would realistically enable Rovo for many more sectors. Appreciate all your efforts. Justin

Nice to see this aspect opening up a bit., thanks. I could see Evaluations being pulled in from Confluence, or Compass component documentation perhaps (keeping things fully inside the eco-system).
-
@Josh Devenny - I've tried tracking "AI" features through the public-facing "Cloud Roadmap" site. It seems to lag some of the intentions Atlassian have for Rovo (and AI). Is there a better place to keep on top of what's coming up? Thanks, Justin

Constructively, it might help customers / solutions partners / consultants if you were to consider publishing your reasoning (e.g. Model Scores or other) for the change? An LLM shift can be disruptive for even modern processes built on earlier LLM versions. Understand AI integration is crucial for business, just gotta make…

Hi @Alexander Ruetzler, At the risk of this turning into a "back and forth", duly aware of these documents. Thank you though for pointing them out here :-). It begs the question for other readers of this thread, that certain kinds of clients may wish to hold off for processing guarantees where residency / region is of…
-
Hi @andre / @Alexander Ruetzler / @Luke Towers, Am watching this closely, especially as the tie-ups with foundation model providers grow. In the case of OpenAI models, they do provide a little more detail in their Help Center pages here. Here there is some choice about CPU / GPU processing locations over which you perhaps…
-
I'd see this as a crucial piece of information in future as organisations want to understand where / why an LLM (+ RAG) made a particular decision.
-
Hi @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ , Indeed, great article. I especially like your questions around Culture > Capability. As a PM (inside Atlassian tools...) it's worth getting on top of ANY reporting / metrics that are going to help surface any deviations and / or adherence to correct usage. Cheers, Justin

Hello @khadiza tuz zohra, Welcome to the group. The traditional role of a Project / Program Manager (IMO) also includes: * planning / budgeting * timeline / cost control * regular reporting and management of expectations * people (stakeholder) management If you are working on large programs, like the UN Food Programme…

Hi @Mariia_Domska_SaaSJet , What a nice explanation and great job for summarizing many of the questions that are coming up in the forums. Appreciated. Justin
-
As Atlassian and Williams work more closely together, interested to hear what opportunities you see for Forge filling any gaps in process / productivity? Many thanks, Justin
-
@Wayne Dailey looks really helpful. I don't see the option in my version of Compass from the "Scorecard Overview" view. Is it being rolled out, or do you need a specific plan to take advantage of the feature? Many thanks, Justin
-
I would 2nd this capability, often (larger) clients would want the option to filter, control, monitor the traffic being passed from Rovo (chat, CLI etc.) to the LLM provider.
-
Hello @PH Financial Advisor This existing post response helps explain the implications of only having Jira Core vs. Jira Software. Specifically, ranking issues on boards means the user must have the "Edit Issues" global permission attached to their role on the project(s). Additionally, the Filter for the board also has the…
-
Hi there, I liken this learning to the early days of cloud adoption by enterprise, inadvertently tolerating TOO many permissions. This happened with FS and telco clients I've worked with previously. The kneejerk response from enterprise, especially cyber and networks functions, is to lock it down which can slow adoption.…

3. /mode -plan is likely to consume less than /mode -code. This type of differentiation opens up the possibility of measuring / pricing the difference and informative for users.

Hello @Long, In my case the team had kindly added me to the Beta, but it was attached to an organisation I was winding down (they weren't to know). I asked @Evan Cook from the Atlassian team to switch the Dev Agents beta to another organisation. Unfortunately, for now, this meant I wasn't able to use the original "Rovo Dev…
-
Hi @Shivi Sivasubramanian I like your take on this and agree wholeheartedly. No one person will have 100% the answer for the magical prompt that unlocks the LLM behaviour you need. Important to keep productivity and transparency in mind here, as teams try to "anticipate" each others' sentences and sentiment, attributing…
-
Hi @Amol Dongare, I've found this to happen as well and haven't got a full answer yet on this, though I understand it is being improved. Perhaps there's a challenge for double-counting here for now? In other words, do you get Kudos points and Continuing Education credits... What I can say, from my experience so far, is…

Hi @Adam G_ , This was great to see the follow-up, I also appreciated the webinar. You mentioned a video which dealt with greater detail as to how Teamwork Graph combines results for returning to the user (via the agent). Is this video available? Thanks, Justin
-
Hi All, This is such a moving target for me, but for the Australians in this forum it'd have to be "The Club", after the play by David Williamson. More widely known, I guess "Modern Family" has some great quotables. Cheers, Justin
-
@Adam Taylor sounds good and formalising the different natures of power is extremely useful for awareness as a PM. My own experience in working with clients, one often has a budgetary responsibility attached to the work. This might differ from client to client of course, but being in charge of the "purse" also infers power…
-
Hi @Bryan Guffey, If you're willing to hear an opinion from a London-based community participant this is my take FWIW: * Technical Program Managers (TPM)s -> tend to be in charge of projects where the lion's share of the work is technical (e.g. software, hardware development and deployments), the non-technical components…

Hello Max, And to you, Happy New Year! JIRA is a great choice for the set-up it sounds like you have there, it's my experience that working with multiple suppliers on a project they each come with their own ideas about how the project should run. As a new PM, it's worth taking on board some of their advice, though I'd say…
-
Hello @Responder , I'm very much a fan of all the tools available via JIRA (predominantly), though other products support. In a PM capacity, make sure you've got some basics right first: * If you follow a flexible work environment for your contributors in the scrum, make sure you establish core working hours and reach…

Thanks @Kristen Roth I'm a long-time Atlassian user / administrator, newly getting actively involved in the community. On the program side, I see the following general areas as a challenge: * prioritisation for backlog and pooled resourcing * impacts for projects reliant on the resource pool, where higher priority tasks…
