This question/post can be removed. I have been informed the placement/type was incorrect and I have re-posted as suggested. Apologies. Thanks.

This is not a question. Thank you for your reply. Could an Admin remove this? I will re-post here -> article

Thanks for the help. It's all much clearer now. I also found out that the Any is a checkbox on the status itself. I think I am good to go!
-
Ok that makes sense. Any is always 'Inbound' for what it is pointed at. In this image it is a bit hard to tell but it seems all the Any's are tagged on the right of what they are connected to. It's offset toward Unassigned here. So here I can move to 'Unassigned' from 'Any' state. My Jira work item state availability…

Is 'Any' directional? Does it depend on the line it is attached to like * In Progress --> * In Progress <-- * In Progress <--> * In Progress ---- or is it only related to the status?

We are driving further down the Agile road to help resolve some of this. In a perfect world you would complete your Agile 'ceremonies' and the Devs would go in a room lock the door and run the sprint and just do your stand ups and communicate as needed. Rinse and repeat. We are looking at carefully crafted roles and tool…

I have looked at meta tags but it seems I need a plug-in to manage and use the tags effectively, How are you using Databases? Interesting thought. I had hoped Confluence would be better at finding related data on it's own. It would be really nice if this worked better between Jira and Confluence. It would be awesome for…

Love this! What you should do is treat documentation as a conversation, not an artifact. Use tools that make updating docs as easy as sending a message. I love the linking ability in Jira. I can link to other issues, make comments and even send messages during the process of development or troubleshooting that stay…

@Sandra Franchetto Interesting point. I think it is more difficult because we are sharing something real. We are all naturally concerned about how we appear to others.

Yes! We are leveraging AI in various aspects of db design, application development as well as QA. It's a very exciting time to be in this field.

Network of Teams Play. We develop software to support a manufacturing plant. We have several teams like Order Control, Accounting, Web Development, QA, Triage... It would be very be very beneficial to our teams to document how the teams interact and the health of the team relationships.

Great article! I am currently trying to do more sharing of my work in blog posts and articles in Confluence, The problem I have is that we all agree we need to share our knowledge between our many teams but no one seems to be following my lead. I always get positive reactions to my posts but no related comments or…

Love this, I have been using Confluence to create blog posts the last month or so. People seem to like it but I am trying to get our various teams to follow my lead. It would be great to see blog posts from our other teams!

I don't usually ask questions. I start by sharing. It's usually something like my name (if in a new team) and/or some information I find interesting or relevant to start a discussion. Then I listen. This will usually start a team discussion and the flow will happen naturally. I will use a related 'ice breaker' question if…

We are new to Atlas. I created a personal project, tracked it over a few weeks to check it out. It looks very useful. I am looking at the content here to see how others are using it.

Thank you. It looks like I am ready to start learning and sharing!
