In the CA ticket, it can possibly be disclosed there. But they have to request it there, and then there can sometimes be restrictions in regards to what level of info can be disclosed. But typically a name can be provided there if requested.

Hi @Candice.Rabusa It looks like this site was deactivated recently. I can see this appears to have been temporarily reactivated via https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3116258 I'd still recommend that you reach out to your site-admin or billing admin as there appears to be a billing issue…

Hi @Mario Those user accounts are not inactive due to inactivity. Atlassian doesn't de-activate user accounts due to inactivity. Instead those a managed accounts. The organization that manages them have disabled the accounts. Only an organization admin of those accounts could choose to re-activate them. I'd recommend that…

Hi, I understand this has been resolved. However I did not take any actions here. Perhaps someone else in Atlassian Support has addressed this elsewhere. If this isn't resolved, please let us know the Atlassian Account Id or the email address of the affected account. Thanks Andy
-
That account has not been deleted yet. I can see the email address of the old account is marked as deactivated by owner. Account pending deletion, started by the owner of the account on 2024-08-14T21:51:47.300Z You will need to wait for that account to be deleted before you can attempt to claim that email address under a…

Hi @[deleted] I found there were suppressions on at least one of these accounts. There was a bounce messages from the destination mail server of: 2024-08-09T13:02:22.000Z550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or…

Hi @Kevin Roberts I can see that user is receiving email from our side. I would recommend that you reach out to your mail admin, as these messages could be getting put into spam or quarantined by the destination mail server in some other way and we wouldn't be able to tell from our side.
-
Hi @Naomi Carrigan I understand that your account has been deactivated. Could you please let me know the email address or the Atlassian Account Id of that account? With that information perhaps I can lookup the account to learn more as to why it was deactivated. Andy
-
Hi @shamil707 I understand that you have the free plan for Jira, and your team mates are not receiving notifications. I did a lookup of their accounts, and none of their email addresses appear to be in our suppression list. I can see there have been delivered messages to users on your site today. The most likely…

Ah, thanks, Yes there was a suppression on that account. Seems there was a bounce message back from last week: 2024-08-05T15:56:28.000Z550 Unroutable address I have cleared this for that account and all others on that domain just now.
-
Hi @Malibongwe I did not locate any suppressions on your domain, but I have attempted to clear this from our side anyways. Could you try this again? If it's still not working please let me know the email address or Atlassian Account Id of the account in questions and I can investigate this further. Andy

Hi, Thanks for reporting this problem. Our team found there was a recent change made to the site that appears to have unintentionally had the affect of edits not working as expected. The team has just deployed a fix for this within the last half-hour. It should now be resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks again for…
-
Hi @Anthony Ma You will need to reply to that email with 2 forms of identification as indicated. This is not a request to use 2 Factor Authentication. Your account has been flagged because the firstname/lastname combination you had for the account matched an individual that is on the export control restriction list. Please…

@Tinker Fadoua Seems to be a common occurrence for email accounts that are not using English as the default language recently. Specifically if the Inbox folder is translated to use a different word, Jira is unable to read Inbox folder. The recommended guidance I have seen is to either * Change the mailbox account through…
-
Hi @Tom T There are a couple of different reasons this can happen. If email address has had a previous message sent to it, and the mail server responded with a failure, that address can be added to an internal suppression list that Atlassian operates. Could you share with me the email address in question? If you do not…
-
Hi @Jung-Ho Chung I found there was a suppression on your account. I have just cleared this from our side. Andy
-
Hi @Fabian Nicolas Fleitas Espinoza There is no suppression of your account, however when I did a search of our mail logs, it appears that the system returned an error of 421 4.4.0 [internal] no mail servers for this domain could be reached at this time I have reached out to my mail support team for additional help here.…
-
Hi @Mario Gran That feature is commonly restricted for any free plan or any evaluation plan. It has to be that way because this particular feature has been abused in the past by malicious users that attempt to send spam from our services. You should only expect to be able to edit the customer notification template once you…
-
Hi @Jimmy Rufo It's under the Edit Field section 5. Configure any extra field options, like adding a description for your team or setting a default value. There each issue type can have it's own fields, and for custom fields you can configure the fields to have a default value. Not all fields might have a default value…
-
Hi @Iveta I found your email in the support case you created. I found that it was on a suppression list. I have cleared this from our side. You should now be able to receive notifications to that address. Andy
-
Hi @Ayesha Shahbel Neither of those domains belong to Atlassian. These have both been reported to our security team for further review. I'd recommend that you ignore any messages sent from those domains, it seems likely it is a scam. Atlassian will only use atlassian.com domain for official communications. Andy
-
Hi, Thanks for reporting this to us. That domain is not owned or used by Atlassian. I have reported this to our security team for review. Atlassian will only use atlassian.com for official email communications. I would recommend not engaging with anyone using that domain. Thanks Andy
-
Hi @Raul Dominguez Casaos I am still not seeing any recent failed email attempts to be delivered to your address from Bitbucket specifically. I'd recommend reaching out to the other repo owner to ask them to invite you once more. Perhaps if we can learn the date/time of the invite, it could help me to correlate the…
-
Hi @Rudá Cunha I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1027568 I'm not sure why that feature would be in a stuck state, but perhaps our team can investigate your environment in more detail to try to help here. Andy
-
Hi @Raul Dominguez Casaos I am not seeing any bounced messages to your account or your domain in the last 7 days. Could you clarify which email address you are expecting to be notified on and are not? It could also be that the messages are being delivered, but then filtered by your mail, say something like a spam filter.…
-
Hi @Natalie Chung Thanks for reporting this to us. I can confirm that this domain is not operated by Atlassian. Our team will only use the atlassian.com domain for official communications. Our security and legal teams have been made aware of this other domain and are taking steps to address it. Thanks again. Andy
-
Hi @Temitayo Ajayi I took a look at your site and I can see your site-admin has the same email domain as your account does here in Community. While I can't disclose the full name of that person here in Community, the name fits the pattern of Ma**** Yu*** If this is insufficient to determine who the user is, I'd recommend…
-
Hi @Raman I cleared the suppression for your domain again. I took a closer look and found another bounce message to your address of 2024-07-30T04:20:09.000Z550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or 550-5.1.1…

Hi @Sarah Rodriguez I only found 1 user on your domain that appears to have seen a bounced message from your SMTP server. That message was of: 2024-08-01T14:14:14.000Z550-5.2.1 The email account that you tried to reach is inactive. For more 550-5.2.1 information, go to 550 5.2.1…

Hi @Sarah Bizewski I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1023938 In the future, as the site-admin of a paid product, you can create a support ticket yourself by going to https://support.atlassian.com/contact The problem here might be in relation…
