  • Hi @MARIEM QARA The response from @Dirk Ronsmans is accurate. I understand you are looking for more information about the frequency of major updates that require downtime. Every Atlassian cloud site will have a nightly maintenance window. This is typically a 2 hour window of time daily that typically starts at 1 AM of the…
  • Those two other accounts are both site-admins. Which means they should have the ability to manage site settings and control which users are invited. However your account is not a site-admin, so I don't expect you can make these changes yourself.
  • Hi @RODOLFO VELOSO PEIXOTO I can see you are a member of a few different Atlassian Cloud sites, is this particular site in question matching the pattern of ze**-st*******.atlassian.net If so, then you should be aware that the users Fer***** and Viv**** are the site-admins of that site. Both of these site-admins share the…
  • Hi @Sandro Quartieri This particular problem you are reporting is slightly different than the original post. In your case we have an existing improvement ticket for the translation of the satisfaction surveys (CSAT) over in JSDCLOUD-14555. I would recommend watching this ticket for an update.
  • Hi @Connor Rosenthal The support case seemed to indicate that the problem was in regards to the user account making that REST API call might not have had the permission to create attachments within the project where that attachment would be stored. Also there was a note that using the v2 endpoint might be lacking in the…
  • While the support team might be able to help as well, you can always email https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse and our anti-abuse team will review reports sent to that address. We are unable to respond to reports send to that mailbox, but you can still report any site that is violating our terms of service.
  • Hi @Gil Solomon I tried to take a closer look here, but I'm not able to see a clear cause for this. Typically a 403 error is an authorization problem, but from what you have posted here, I can't see why you'd be getting that error. I created a support ticket on your behalf over in…
  • Hi, If I understand the concern here, it's that the search results within Jira Cloud are showing borders between the cells. It does seem like this is being caused by the new search. For the time being I'd recommend going to the ... menu and then choose the option to "Go back to the old issue search" When you do this, it…
  • Hi @james I understand that you are trying to login to the career portal, but are unable to do so, and unable to get email to recover that account. Could you confirm the URL of the page where you are trying to sign in? Also I'd want to confirm the email address of your account. Is this the same email that you used to login…
  • Hi @R This is something that requires a CA support ticket for us to manage. I created one on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-3150104 Someone from our CA (customer advocate) team should be able to assist you. Andy
  • Adding users to a group directly is not always going to work for all Atlassian cloud sites today, when it comes to granting org admin role. This did used to work in older versions, but in the current state, the org admin has to view the user account and then use the ... menu to grant that specific role instead of only…
  • Hi @Sarah Subrizi You can provide this documentation to your org admin. They will need to follow those steps in order to grant that role to your account. From that page: To give someone an organization admin role: * Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one. * Select Directory > Users. *…
  • Hi @Lana Kelly Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I took a look at the documentation in question and I agree with you: a project by that name certainly doesn't seem appropriate or reflect Atlassian's values. I reached out to my documentation team and the images that reference the project by that name have been…
  • @Allan Victor I found there were 2 messages that were suppressed to users on that domain in the last week. I have tried to clear this from our side in case those accounts are still valid. If this doesn't resolve the problem, could you please let me know the Atlassian Account ID or the email address of the user in question?
  • Hi @Lan Anh I understand that you are wanting to hide these system fields from the view of the Agent (licensed Jira users). I'm sure if this is possible to do, as I recall these system fields might still appear on issues even if they are not explicitly listed in the screen scheme. That said, I created a support case on…
  • Thanks for reporting it @artiko00 That repo has been taken down.
  • I can confirm there is no one by that name that works for Atlassian. Peter is correct, Atlassian will only use the atlassian.com domain for official communications. I suspect that domain is being used to try to impersonate Atlassian. Sounds like a scam.
  • I have been reaching out to my internal team to see if they can engage our vendor here further. Thanks for checking on your side, I hope to have more of a concrete solution soon here.
  • That is not entirely accurate for all cases. While there are free plans for cloud, they have differing user limits. For Jira Service Management (JSM) the user limit is only 3 agents. You can also see this noted in https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing If you were using Jira instead, then yes…
  • Hi @Eoin Flynn Sorry to hear about this problem. I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1040474 I'd recommend following up there so that our JSM team can take a closer look at this cloud environment to see if we can help here. Andy
  • Hi @Mai Tran Since you are not a site-admin of this site, you will need to reach out to one or more of the site-admins of that cloud site. If you do not know who the site-admins are for that site, then please create a support case over in…
  • Hi @Tobias Leandersson I understand that you are using a free plan for Jira Cloud and finding that notifications are not being sent out as expected. The most common cause of this is the hard limit that free plan sites have on daily notifications sent (100 messages per day). Once that limit has been reached, the system…
  • Hi @IT Group I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/41/PSSRV-137373 Please follow up in that support case so that our Data Center support team can better address this concern. Thanks Andy
  • Hi @Maciej Łukasik I took a closer look at your site. It appears that your cloud site currently using an annual billing plan. I understand that you want to be able to go back to a free plan, in order to do that, the customer advocate team will need to change the billing for the account back to a monthly interval, as free…
  • Hi @Arunava I understand you are trying to use a Personal Access Token to connect to Jira's REST, but it seems it's not working as expected. The URL you posted seems to be trying to use a version 3 of the API. However this doesn't align, as Jira Data Center/Server don't have a v3 of the REST API yet. (Jira Cloud does have…
  • Hi @Viktoriya ERMOLENKO Thanks for reporting this to us. However I can't seem to identify the Atlassian University course shown here in the screenshot. Could you please let me know what course this was from. Unfortunately, the URL alone doesn't provide enough identifying information here.
  • Thanks for reporting it @Choi Won Gyun That repo has been taken down. If you find others in the future, you are welcome to report them here to Community, or you can also email https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse and our team can investigate these further. Andy
  • Hi @Ke Lin I found there was a bounce message sent to your address with a response of: 554 5.7.1 <@>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied I have cleared the suppression from our side.
  • Hi @Andrew Katsewich Thanks for reporting it to us. You are welcome to report such findings to us here in Community. In the future, you could also reach out to https://www.atlassian.com/trust/report-abuse as a means of informing our abuse team. I forwarded this report to my internal team. They have reported taking down…
  • Hi @Bryan Dunford I suspect that this might be due to a duplication of the account as a JSM customer. If that's the case, then a site-admin on your site could potentially merge the duplicate account. But since I can't see all the info, I created a support case on your behalf in…
