@Letícia Deus , If you go into your permission schemes, i was expecting this feature to be there for configuration, but unfortunately it wasn't there. We can restrict deletion of issues though via configuration. But to achieve what you are looking for might have to be done via script runner. If i come across any other…

@Ste404 , If the field on form is not linked to a jira field, that field can't accessed/edited not even via smart values. Thats unfortunate.
-
True. Always happy to help ! 🙂
-
@Gonçalo SARDINHA , You can organize your request types on portal as per your requirement. Portal settings are located under your project settings.
-
@Mathew Lederman , That field was not part of the dynamic form. That the limitation, these help texts with markup instructions are not applicable for the fields which are part of dynamic form.
-
@Mathew Lederman , You can do that. In Display Description Section, you can put your instructions as shown below and they will be shown on the request type on portal (screenshot attached for reference)
-
@Emily Bischoff , If you use Forms, to build request types, you should be able to achieve your requirements. Vijay
-
@Mathew Lederman , Yes, can use mark up in your request type instructions. Below is one such example. Hope it helps ! Vijay

Hello @George Bliss , Here is how I achieved it. I used {{issue.created.shorttime}} which returns values like 1 AM, 2 AM, 3 AM, 3 AM [{issue.created.weekOfDay}} which returns values like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 Monday 1 Tuesday 2 Wednesday 3 Thursday 4 Friday 5 Saturday 6 Sunday 7 Now i can put jql condition like…

@David Alvarez Alvarez Did you happen to check this option?
-
Hello @ajith , are you using any search criteria to get users or just blank search. I have used like this https://xxx.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/user/search?query={{object.Email}}. This searches the users using the email address provided. Also while making send web request to this end point, the authorization token used…

@Ian Walker , Hopefully, my screenshot below answers your question. Cascading field can't be linked to a field on dynamic form, instead use it as a normal jira field. PS: Don't use the cascading field on the dynamic forms.
-
@Joseph Chung Yin , Attached is the screenshot of the rejection screen, which includes one field. Also attached is the screenshot which shows it is attached to the proper workflow and added in the status transition in workflow.
-
@Bastien Delourmel _FMX_ Here are the screenshots. Screen is associated with proper workflow and workflow is associated with proper issue type which is change.
-
@Sanjay G , You can do it from your Project Settings --> Issue Types --> Edit issue type from top right corner. Drop from left and put it into right to get it disabled. Hope it helped ! Vijay
-
@David Alvarez Alvarez , One option you can do is you can put in a validation when the status is getting transitioned. You update the validations in the workflows. Hope this helps !

Hello @Kamil Askerov , Automation will not execute just by enabling/disabling one. The automation to be executed, there always has to be a…

Hello @Asyraf Arshad , The list that is shown in your screenshot are the currently available fields in jira which you can link to fields on form. In case if you are looking for a particular field which is not available in that drop down, you can create your Jira custom field and they will be added to this dropdown list…
-
If you are not using any dynamic forms, you can directly add those custom fields on your Request Types.
-
@Richard Scholtes , This field exists as custom field in Jira. And you have to link that field to a field on your dynamic form. Vijay
-
@Helmut Hodin have you tried the solution suggested by @Walter Buggenhout ?
-
Hello @David Alvarez Alvarez , You can achieve this without automation also using dynamic forms with the help of sections which can leverage show/hide field functionality. hope this helps or if you still want to build this functionality using automation let me know. Vijay
-
