@Nicholas Mihailou that's a great suggestion. What kind of prototyping/vibe-coding tools are you using? What are you trying to achieve with the "effective workflow" you've mentioned? Thank you!

Thanks @Mike Theis I've sent you (I think) a connection request on LinkedIn. If I got the wrong person, can you please DM or connect. Thank you!

Hi @Katrin Erhardt Thanks for sharing your question. As you can see we don't yet have a perfect solution for capacity planning and for lightweight capacity planning we need to build in a assumptions so we can at estimate the work teams are planning. That said, here are a couple of examples of how other customers are doing…

Time flies! Can't wait to share more over the next month!!

Hi @Bobby Moyini There are 2 ways to trigger the form: 1. Use the "Share link" URL available through Project settings > Features > Create ideas > Allow contributors to create ideas 2. Using the top most blue Create button Hope this helps!

Hey @Lior Efraim this will not be recorded I'm afraid. We'll share a write up afterwards tho, with some BBQ pictures. :) Cheers!

Thanks @Matt Hirst this is probably because JPD does not support cross-site linking yet. This is something that we are aware of and will be exploring in the future.
-
Thanks @Ted Nieblas @Natalie Keane are you trying to do this in Jira or Jira Product Discovery? The reason I'm asking is that there is no concept of subtask and child issue in Jira Product Discovery (these exist in Jira). Soon users will be able to add hierarchies in Jira Product Discovery. Please take a look at the demo…

Hi @Matt Hirst Thanks for reaching out. Can you please provide some context on the linking: my understanding is you have a Jira project and a Jira Product Discovery project that are on a same site e.g. xyz.atlassian.net ? Is that right? Thanks.

Hi @Matt Allen Can you please have a look at this post. I think this might solve your problem. If not, do let us know. Best, Axel

Hi @Selina Wong thanks for your question. I believe you can do this by following the steps below: Trigger: when “bucket” field change IF bucket = A Then edit field category Then add a comment IF bucket = B Then edit field You can find more information on how to achieve this in the resources below: JPD Guides on Automation…

@Sara Jew Lim Thanks for your question. I would take 2 steps in that case: 1. I would add a field in JSM (like a Triaged checkbox) that I can use in the automation logic to say only create an idea if the triaged checkbox is ticked. This would avoid creating multiple ideas in JPD for the same feature request. 2. Then I…

Hi @Lucia Guzman if you are looking for some advice on how to organize and make the most of JPD, I would recommend taking a look at our new JPD Handbook (currently in Beta). See here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Preview-of-the-new-Jira-Product-Discovery-handbook/ba-p/2784396 If you…

Hi @Ravid this is certainly something we are exploring. Here are a few resources you can dive into to learn more about how to best use JPD: * A comprehensive Loom video demo of JPD * The FAQ section here with even more videos and "how-to" content Hopefully this helps. Do reach out if you need help on anything specific.

Hi @Brendan Byers thanks for your question. You can achieve this by using a filter on Project Start date and Project Target date. Please see screenshots below. Do let us know if this helps. :)

Glad the content resonated @Peter Hyde Happy to give you an early preview of what we are currently working on to enable more PMs in their day to day practices and get your input/feedback at the same time. :)

@Doug Rhoten would love to learn more indeed. Chat soon. :)

Great question @Doug Rhoten ! In our set up, each piece of feedback is an insight attached to an idea. The idea represents a theme/area for product improvement. In the case you are describing, where would the customer interviews or information extracted from the interviews be stored/referenced?
-
Hi @Scott Parker Here's a quick loom on how to create a view to look at ideas with insights created within the last X days. Hope this helps.

Hey @Olivia Voils, thanks for reaching out. This is a common question and I think it really depends on the context (as with everything else in product 😅). I found that * when you need to recruit people for "tasks" e.g. when testing a prototype, it's common practice to incentivise them and also some people now just expect…
