@Teja , The atlassian support team is usually responsible for technical issues in the product. And from my experience, i have seen them give best effort support and redirect users to KB/training material and external solutions partner. But you can always try :) 

Is that the full screen of the save changes window? As my site, there should be other columns before this to help you select the changes that you like to save and then the 'save/discard' option is ungreyed.

Hi @Rahul Mittal The issue layout setting is project specific. And by default the fields added will not be 'hide when empty'. Instead of modifying the layout of all 100+ projects, i would go by branching out the screen scheme for this project.
