Hi @Seth Mason Here is an option for JPD: * "Goal" as a strategic company objective * "Category" as a department objective * "Idea" as key result * "Delivery Progress" attached to each Idea / Key Result to automatically calculate the score * Custom field for the cases, where the KR progress needs to be updated manually…

Hi @Mark Segall From what I've understood, you've used issue hierarchy from the Advanced Roadmaps to structure your OKRs. Just today I published an article covering this Jira OKR setup (and a couple of more). Can I ask you to look through it and share some feedback? I was experimenting there, and would love to hear…

Hi @Anelivia Freire There's no self-serve option to prolong the free trial inside the Oboard app. Please create a support ticket with your request, and we'll see what we can do

Hi @Erno Marius Obogeanu-Hempel I'm from OKR Board for Jira, which is the top OKR app in the Atlassian marketplace, based on the number of installs (3,127) and user reviews (3.9 out of 4). OKR Board provides a built-in OKR tracker, which natively integrates into Jira and automates progress monitoring and reporting. Please…

Hi @Marina Rodrigues It's definitely possible in OKR Board 🙂 All you need is to change your "Target" while creating a new OKR, or editing the existing one. And in case you want to adjust the threshold metrics inside the grade, you may refer to the Custom grading thresholds guide. Please let me know if you have additional…

Hi @Dionei Piazza With OKR board plugin you can create your Jira OKRs not only on the organization and team level but also on the individual one. You can even take it further and create additional OKR levels if it makes sense for your organization. And though classifying OKRs by organization chart is the most common, with…

Hi @Adithya Viswanathan It took a while, but this week we've finally released Private OKRs 🎉 This feature allows you to hide OKRs from everyone except the OKR Owner, Stakeholders, and Plugin Admins. To make an OKR private, you should simply click on the lock icon 🔒 in the right corner while creating a new OKR or editing an…

Hi Hillary, I noticed your question, and the situation remains unchanged. Currently, there isn't a direct method to track OKRs using native Jira functionality. As of now, incorporating an OKR add-on from the Atlassian Marketplace proves to be a practical solution. This tool seamlessly integrates strategic goals into Jira…

Hi @Shiri Feldman You're absolutely right! Managing OKRs in Jira can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, none of Jira's out-of-the-box features are fully suitable for applying the OKR framework. I've assembled a demo screenshot illustrating how you can structure goals across different products in the Oboard OKR plugin for…

Hi @Erwin Juenemann Advanced Roadmaps basically add additional levels to the hierarchy. As a result, you can view all your Objectives, Key Results, and Jira Issues in a structured way. I've put together a screenshot for you of how it may look like: You can build it in a couple of easy steps: 1. Create new issue types for…

Thanks for being super helpful and welcoming 🙂

Well, I've added a link. That might be the case But as for the same content - definitely no, though I've seen that error while trying to publish an answer

Hi @Marleen Willing ! The answer depends on how many epics the Key Result has. 1. If you're dealing with a complicated hierarchy involving multiple levels, relying solely on swimlanes in the Jira board might not provide the complete picture. I'd recommend utilizing the OKR Roadmap within the Oboard plugin. It gives you a…

Thank you, Andy! I'm new to the community. If you can share some tips on how to avoid getting flagged, that would be awesome

Hi @Melonie Fischer ! Just a heads up, all users get in-app notifications by default, neatly gathered under the notification bell. For extra convenience, you might want to enable email notifications in the "Settings" tab to catch any crucial updates. Give me a shout if you need more help!

Understood. Thank you so much for your help!

Hi @Walter Buggenhout Thank you for the quick response! Have you got any recommendations to avoid this in the future? My response disappeared right after I shared it. Seems like it was flagged automatically

Hi @Andy Heinzer I've got the same issue. I've tried multiple times to reply to the question of our app user, and it disappears each time. Can you please help me out there? This is a question about our product, and I really need to provide guidance here This is the…

Hi @Colton Freeman! Sorry your question got lost, but better late than never, right? :) Here's the detailed article on creating objectives in Oboard: https://oboard.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OBPFJ/pages/9994259/Creating+objectives P.S. I'm committed to enhancing your experience. Would you be interested in a free 1-hour OKR…

@Marc Roberts I intentionally left out any mention of our product since I was curious about your general experience with the Atlassian products and add-ons :) And thank you for sharing your thoughts on data access and security concerns. It's always valuable to hear from a user's perspective.

Hi @Marc Roberts , can you share which add-ons you've tried for OKRs in Jira, and what was wrong with them? There are some that can work quite seamlessly, with no need to go anywhere else outside the Jira instance. And with API connection, of course.
