Great seeing you too! Fingers crossed we catch up again in SF 🤗

Hi @Aaron Morris If "threshold metrics" are a must for you, try Oboard's OKR Board for Jira. We not only have thresholds, but you can also: - split your thresholds into periods (on the screenshot below, those are months) - create unique thresholds for specific periods - decide what to use for the final score: average of…

Hi @Ryan Beymer, If the MCP connector is critical to managing your goals, we have it in Oboard, an Atlassian Marketplace app for strategy management. This is how it works: https://youtu.be/E_HnOZ7YtXA

Hi @Logi Helgu Just saw your comment. We have the out-of-the-box cascading logic with Oboard app for Jira, and also the ability to assign custom weights for both goals and success metrics. So your bottom-level goals and metrics will automatically contribute to the top-level ones. If, in some cases, you want an exception…

Hi @Orland Sousa This is a rare feature among OKR software vendors, and I haven't seen it in Goals. We have it at Oboard's OKR app for Jira, though: When updating your OKRs, select the required date in the past, and your trend will be accurate. Helps a lot when some teammates forget to update their KRs on time :)

Hi @Micah Schaafsma It's sad that permissions issues blocked you from using Goals. Just a heads up - we have multiple levels of user permissions for goals, progress history and audit log within Oboard strategy management app. The migration tool from Viva Goals is also available. [Advertisement removed as it is…

@Ignacio Vera a year ago. So happy we now have this space 🤗

Happy you've liked it @Anwesha Pan 🤗

@MJ Valencia -drawio diagrams- thank you so much for your kind words! I'm beyond grateful to Atlassian for this fantastic opportunity 🚀
-
@Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM well, I thought it was funny enough to post here 😅
-
@Andy Gladstone thank you so much! Hope all get closer to your level of Atlassian expertise one day 🤗
-
@Gee Espiritu oh wow! you should share your story here as well 🤗

Hi @Charlotte McPherson _US-ENG_ , Not possible within Atlas right now, but you can automate delivery-based OKRs tracking with OKR Board for Jira by Oboard. The simplified tracking view looks as following: Some nice extra perks: - ability to assign custom weights to your Jira work items, depending on their impact -…
-
Hi @Cara Wright I've got a solution directly from Oboard to you :) In my team, we link the top-level work item to the OKR to avoid the clunky view. This way, the progress would be calculated, and you can fold or unfold nested work depending on your needs. For example, this is the default view: And this is how you can…

Hi @Lisa McCann I have a very simple example of how to set Goals for implementing the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) goal-setting framework. It might be a bit dated, but I think the basics are covered: https://medium.com/oboard-okr-software/okr-jira-0ebb8d868bf3#c5a1 You can reach out to me or drop a comment under the…

@AS thank you so much! Confluence Whiteboards are super easy and intuitive. And a great first step forward for people who are just getting started with Atlassian 🚀
-
@Raffaele D’Elia, loving your workflow! Haven't tried it yet, but would love to run some experiments together 🤗 Please drop me a message on LinkedIn, and we can try to find some time for that: https://www.linkedin.com/in/margosakova/

Hi @Ted Henry If you still need a second pair of eyes to look at your OKRs, feel free to reach out: https://www.linkedin.com/in/margosakova/ I occasionally do free OKR reviews to support the community, so I can help you here. Also, here's a brief intro on how one of our customers leveraged AI to support the internal team…

@Kate C_ thank you so much for bringing this up 🤗 Will try to create more fun content soon 🎉

Hey @Sumeeta Kumar I'm joining the contest with the Confluence Whiteboards' Template for marketing teams : https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-Whiteboards-articles/Confluence-Whiteboards-Template-for-Marketing-Teams/ba-p/3023144#M409 Would love to hear feedback on it 🤗

Hi @Jim Knepley - ReleaseTEAM - I see that much with our enterprise customers at Oboard. It seems like a 100 is a lot, but when you have OKRs on multiple levels and in multiple OKR cycles, they add on quickly. Of course, a 100 for one small team is a lot, but I guess this is not @Damien ISSARTEL 's case :)
-
Hi @Damien ISSARTEL I'm not sure if Atlas was built for the OKR use case from the product perspective. Within Atlas / Jira Goals, you can attach only one metric for each goal, while in the classic OKR setup, you have 3-5 Key Results per Objective. However, if it comes directly to Jira issues - you can use the Jira tab and…

Hi Mark, From what I heard the rollout is happening gradually across the instances, but in general the functionality is very similar. Are you looking for a specific feature in this rollout?
-
Sounds exciting! See you there)
-
@Laura Minen, the third platform sounds like a lot) Speaking of OKRs in general, we're hosting a lot of free webinars on best practices: https://www.linkedin.com/company/oboardio/events/ I would love to see you there, no matter which tool you use 🤗
-
Huge congratulations, @John Funk ! You're awesome
-
Hi @Laura Minen From what I know, it's being rolled out gradually. Recently, I saw metrics added to my Jira instance. The feature is a bit limited since you cannot add more than one metric to the goal, but theoretically, you can add Key Results as sub-goals and attach metrics to each of those. And as @Tomas…

You're welcome! Always happy to help :)

Hi Eugene, You can go to "Contributors" inside the Project, start typing your team name, and then click the checkboxes to select all the relevant people. That might help
