No, there's no public roadmap notice for this today - Rovo remains scoped to internal, licensed users, and the JSM Virtual Agent is built for deflecting new requests via Knowledge Base articles, not for letting customers query their own ticket history. A few ways teams are approximating this in the meantime: A custom Forge…

For most teams, native JSM portal customization on Cloud is solid enough now that you don't need a third-party frontend like Refined unless you have a specific need for a fully branded, marketing-site-like experience. Adding well designed icons for requests types and a banner would add so much to the look natively. A quick…

One thing worth adding to the feedback side: JSM has built-in Customer Satisfaction feedback (CSAT) on tickets, but for CS teams it's also worth collecting Net Promoter Score (NPS), either in the portal or triggered from your product. That gives you relationship-level sentiment, not just per-ticket ratings. If you want…

Hi @Aline Morimatsu , you might want to retrieve a token for the native JSM CSAT feedback survey URL. You can use the workaround described in this article, so you can create a token by yourself to assemble the link to send into Microsoft Teams. I work on Myra with META-INF, which has an automation action that can create a…

Hi @Marc -Devoteam- thanks for the note. Myra runs natively inside Jira/JSM, so yes, it integrates with Jira by design. I do work on it and include a disclosure in every post. I'll make sure future posts make the Jira integration clearer upfront. On the thread age: noted, will keep to threads under 6 months going forward.

Yeah, native JSM CSAT won't get you there. It's thumbs up/down plus a comment box. No scale, no branded emails, no per-ticket control. A few gotchas when shopping the marketplace: NPS isn't always NPS. Some apps use a 5-star or emoji scale and call it NPS. Real NPS needs a 0–10 scale with the standard recommend question.…

7% is on the low end. Most JSM teams see 8-15% on the default setup. A few things actually move the needle: - Timing: Check that the survey notification fires immediately on resolution, not with a delay. Response rates drop sharply after a few hours. - Channel: JSM CSAT emails often land in promotions tabs. Embedding the…

Coming late, but for anyone reading this later: I'd say the choice is usually three-way, not two. Stay native if all you need is 5-star CSAT, one comment field, and CSV export. JSM's built-in CSAT plus the new native survey feature covers that. You won't get branding, conditional logic, NPS/CES, or embeddable score…

Hi, you might want to try from the resolver side, via asApp or asUser.requestBitbucket from the @Forge/api package. We are not familiar with frontend only solutions yet.

Hi, as far as I know there is no such thing as joining explicitly. If you want to deploy your app to Forge, just type in: forge deploy and then forge install -p bitbucket ...and follow the steps! ps: we have had a hard time not so long ago with this.
