@Katarzyna can we limit request types access in the portal by a group if we organize our JSM customers in that way? Or should we use Organization to group customers? Based on this…

I will write more about Confluence + Edubrite in my second part of this article. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/All-roads-in-Confluence-lead-to-the-Customer-Experience-Part-1/ba-p/1649936

Do you know if we can turn off that option ? I am managing articles with Comala Document Management and we have a draft space where we create articles, the JSM space connected is only for approved articles

@Kimberly Deal _Columbus ACE_ now you are part of the CAB ;). We need to keep in mind that we still have a ton of users with Server and DC with years of experience and great tips and tricks. Should we trigger a similar effort for Confluence Server/DC? or make the post more generic? ;(

My term as a member of the Atlassian Community Advisory Board reached an end. There are no words to describe the role as I should have to use too many, just enough to scratch the surface. The only thing that could summarize it is just "Thanks for the opportunity." It was a fantastic time spent with great professionals…

How was it?

Well, after years of working remote and semi-remote I can see some positive outcome of this "forced experience" 1. Meetings will actually finish for all the participants at the same time!, Before many meetings used to continue after saying goodbye to remote participants, to the point that some of the participants in the…

Good News about Automated Release Notes.. it is now ... NO CLICKS needed to generate the monthly reports as you can have the rule triggered by a schedule managed with CRON expression on server and with a simplistic interface in Cloud.

@Tim How is that project going? I saw your pdf posted in the Qualtric community. I was wondering if there is a solution for that, but I didn't find it. https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/4422/create-a-task-in-actions-to-send-a-survey-once-a-jira-ticket-status-is-set-to-done/p1?new=1 I found also this article…

@[deleted] as @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned most of the apps are global. However, some of them can be activate for specific users or groups, but those are just exceptions. If the app is representing information from other sources (like Jira) the permission restrictions are in place as well, so will need to have access…

I agree with @Davin Studer and keep also in mind that once the page is created from the template the direct relationship is broken, so any changes on the template will apply only to new pages generated. You will need a way to extend the basic functionality of you template to make it alive. I used to use Living Template…

Don't miss it! This is a great opportunity to learn from experts. Great Choice and congratulations to our hard workers Community members. They enjoy the happiness of giving! See you soon!

@Teagan Thanks. I am glad it is useful. At the end, the most important aspect is the user experience and helping them finding the right fit is a good endeavor

@[deleted] and @Jodi LeBlanc , well it was for that specific use case. Basically, by using this app and to generate the product monthly report I have two options: 1. Create on each product the rule and the template to generate the report or 2. With a little trick and considering that the app is based on jql, I can use the…

Thanks! It works great as we need to look for presenters to address those topics.

@Gonchik Tsymzhitov , @Jodi LeBlanc I am glad you found the article useful. I am doing other uses of this app and I will expand the article later.

@LarryBrock , Multiexcerpt is one of those little gems that add so much value to confluence, it is the type of app that you would like to have it as out of the box ;)

Thanks @Jennifer_Weser. It will be a very good experience and a lot of content to share after the Summit. We will schedule an AUG to share the experience. Save the date, 4/18/2019 will be all about Summit 2019!

@Community Manager thanks! and I hope it really helps new users building their own learning path.

Good topic and the list could be really huge. There are some add-ons that are big enough to cause a huge impact within the organization and those small one that are super practical like the door key needed to enter to your home. On the first category for Confluence I would like to mention Comala Workflow, Scroll Word…
