Yes. Bitbucket Cloud API is extensive and can be used to do this. But you might have to roll a lot of custom tooling for you to do this effectively with API and develop custom Bitbucket Cloud Apps to achieve the similar functionality you are looking for.

Hello Theodora, I was able to fix this issue. The docker image was corrupted due to the breaking changes in the latest update of Docker Desktop for Windows. Thank you for your support.
