Thank you all for your answers ! :)

Thank you so much! Really appreciate the feedback! Using it for project retrospectives is a great point, swapping sprint rituels for project phases / milestones works just as well. So glad you found it inspiring, and I hope your team enjoys it as much as we do! 🎲🎲

My philosophy is the past is the past, focus on the present and the future. This means up to date documentation reflecting current state of the projects. Historical information is contained in the issues in Jira if Rovo needs to access it. Comments inside issues explaining decisions taken etc. remain. Obsolete…

Hello Martina, forgive me if I'm asking maybe I misunderstand your need here but isn't this feature already available on every Confluence page through the Rovo button ? Kind regards Andrei

@Tia Marciel Hello, no not at all. It was founded by Raimonds Simanovskis

Hello, here's my honest opinion as an admin for a large Jira instance. Customization is a nice addition but as an organisation grows you need to standardize the tools you're using for project management. If everyone customizes their navigation bars, and plans, and boards and virtually any artifact Jira has I can't make…

Hello Valerie, We like to use whiteboards for quickly creating Jira issues straight from post-its. Mostly whenever we do a brainstorming session or a sprint retrospective it's nice to transform post-its into backlog items. Just select one or several post-its then click "Create Jira issue", fill up the required fields and…
-
Hello, I'm posting here because I have the same problem (cannot fill in the Assignee field). And I have all the possible rights so I don't understand why. edit : it was indeed related to the field not being present on the creation screen. I don't think this specific field should be mandatory when creating an issue from a…

Hello Martin sure thing It can be used during PI Planning Events in a dependency mapping workshop. So to me it's mostly effective for a feature to feature dependency identification which will arise during discussions between scrum masters, product owners etc. Using the comment feature in whiteboards one can quickly add…
-
Hello @Sumeeta Kumar great contest thank you ! I'm joining in with a simple dependency mapper whiteboard which I'd love to have as a feature straight into Jira (hopefully one day). It's best for dependency workshops where teams want to map the number of dependencies they have and it can work as a visual…

Hello Patrick, it's never easy to follow an individual's capacity when they're working on different projects. Nevertheless, assuming your teams only work in Scrum and not in SAFe what I would recommend is to create a plan in Jira Plans and call it "Cross-Project" or "Cross-Functional Members" , or any other term suitable…
-
Okay, will do so :) Have a great day
-
Hello Marc thank you for your answer, Yes it does happen on other boards as well and I've been trying for ages to find out what was the difference between some plans where it works well and others where it behaves as explained above. I've tried incognito and had the same problem. I found out that plans who have a custom…

Hello, does this new navigation takes into account teams whose boards are not attached to a project but to a person ? We don't create boards linked to a project - we link them to a person (usually an admin or technical account) and filter them on a specific team - this way a team can work on multiple projects from the same…
-
@Frank Klein Koerkamp Same here, all the plans we have are now cut and the buttons are not in the same place anymore. There's probably an update going on

A quick update on this feature - it's a shame we are forced to have six iterations for a program board. We are forced to create a fake sprint in each team scrum board in order to be able to use the program board. We try to use it with two program boards (one for features and one for user stories). Do you think we will be…
-
This is a nice addition, thanks. On the other hand it would be nice to have the option to block any edits in Smart Link list view since sometimes one may want to use it in a read only situation.

Hello Carol and welcome to the community These look like completed sprints and I don't see any other way to solve this issue other than reopening the sprints from the Scrum board under "Reports" -> "Burndown chart" or "Sprint report" and change their start and end date. I'm not a fan of reopening sprints as this can affect…
-
Hi Dhanush, thank you I've received a response already :) We're following the issue with the technical team. Kind regards Andrei
-
Hello @Hans Polder , thank you for raising the issue to your team. If you'll find it hard to reproduce your team might want to try with a larger volume of issues (50+) scattered acccross different automated sections. Have a great day Andrei
-
Salut Danut, thanks for your answer We're currently importing commitment values from excel into EazyBI and cross this data with Jira sprint data. We'll look into Great Gadgets app too and see to what extent it will help us. Kind regards Andrei
-
@Sruti Desai Hello ! Thanks a lot for your answer I had no idea this feature was available. I'll try it out for sure if it works it's a real time saver on many levels. Have a great day Andrei

Hi Walter thank you for your answer :) We're working with more than 20 Scrum teams in a SAFe context with lots of holidays, sick leaves, increase or decrease in staffing and capacity is a valuable indicator because teams need to calculate their capacity for the upcoming PI iterations. Once they have the capacity they can…
-
This is great, many thanks ! We would like to use these boards for PI Planning Events but unfortunately we cannot change the duration of each iteration. Hopefully the next update will fix this
-
Sure you can make it even simpler . This will show you all issues with a issueLinkType regardless of the project
-
@Sherry Nightingale just replace the values from the above example with values from your Jira instance. Let me know if this helps

Hello Yousif, welcome to the community To import a custom field as a measure in EazyBi you need to : 1. click on the settings icon (the cog) in the upper right corner of the app 2. Go to "Advanced Settings" tab 3. Insert the following lines #The name of your custom field here [jira.customfield_XXXXX] measure = true With…

Hello François-Xavier, welcome to the community Could you please post a screenshot of an audit log for the failing automation rule ? This should help us understand better Kind regards Andrei Eleodor Sirbu
-
Hello Sherry, Did you try using the dependencies view in Plans, (Advanced Roadmaps) ? There is a tab in that view which allows you to select only specific link types and their issues to be displayed. I don't know if there's any way to do this within the admin panel. Kind regards Andrei

Hello Alex, I had the same issue with swimlanes and the only workaround I've found was going to Swimlanes tab under board settings then drag and drop the swimlane above or under an already existing one. This fixed it for me Let us know if it helps
