@Federica Marchetti - thanks. The last step outlines how to search for 'confirmed bug' tickets. However, I've added further clarification regarding the fact that 'confirmed bug' is not an option to choose from via the drop down menus.

@Emily Koch - The Service Account may have some Jira Admin-type roles, but, may not have full access to the project (such as changing workflows), although a Service Account could have a Jira Administrator role. Hope that helps!
