@Chris K Thank you so much for the encouraging feedback! I agreed that Confluence Cloud is great :D One question about "the app will display alerts for old pages so you can consider updating them": How and to whom will these alerts be displayed? Currently, the app will show the alert icon if the page was last updated more…

Hi @Kia and welcome to the Atlassian Community! You could try to upload the document/PDF to Google Drive (or similar) then paste the link on the Confluence page. You'll see the smartlink option to embed the doc: I hope this works for you!

Hi @crawfurd hill and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Unfortunately that's a limitation with the Timeline macro, you can vote forthis feature improvement request here Provide an option to resize the Jira timeline macro
-
@Alina you're right, the app only support Confluence cloud at the moment :)
-
Thank you for your response @Alina ! All Marketplace cloud apps offer the standard 30-day free trial. But don't worry, I'm more than happy to provide guided onboarding support so you can make the most of it. Please feel free to raise an Evaluation support request here and we can jump right on…

@Christoph Päper In the settings (in the preview panel), it's possible to click on the single project to display. PS: If you find it helpful, please accept the answer so other community members may find this answer, too, thank you! :D

Hi @Alina and welcome to the Atlassian community! Normally the Confluence content macros could have solved the sync challenge if you're working within the same site. However, since you're looking to synchronize content across external sites, you'll need apps to achieve it. My team at Ricksoft has developed an app called…

Hi @Christoph Päper Have you tried the /Projects macro? It lists multiple projects from Jira, you can edit the macro to display all or selected projects It would look something like this:

@박성민(학해) You're welcome, I'm happy to help! If you manage to resolve it, please Accept this answer so other users might find it too :D Cheers
-
Hi @박성민(학해) This issue screen is part of the workflow transition. So, if you want to remove it you'd need to configure your JSM project workflow screens. You can check and edit the current configure for your respective project. * Go to Settings > Workflows and find the aasociated workflow for the project you want to…

Hi @Sudha Medapati and welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can create cross-project report in Jira, including business projects, using Dashboard gadgets. - The first step is creating a new Saved Filter of all the projects you want to track. - Then, create respective reporting gadgets on your dashboard for that Saved…

Hi @Anita Pallas and welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, only the List view supports the hierarchical view of Epic > Story > Sub-task, here's the feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-30 (you can vote on the related sub-task to support hierarchy on…

Hi @Ayse Arslan and welcome to the Community! The search function finds answer to your questions based on info available across your site (excluding restricted content that you may not have access to) - For Confluence: Use Atlassian Intelligence to search for answers - For Jira: Use Atlassian Intelligence to search for…

@Danielle David Unfortunately, you'll have to create a new custom field and bulk copy the value from the old field as you said. There was a similar discussion here for your reference: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Is-it-Possible-to-change-the-Existing-Customer-Fields-from/qaq-p/2121770

Hi @tony.nathan You can update the Calendar timezone preference (not by events): The event on this calendar will be based on Lisbon timezone, and it will be displayed to other use in their corresponding timezone preference I hope this clarifies it!
-
Hi @tony.nathan Team Calendar inherits the user's timezone, so when you create an event in your calendar, it will be shown as per user account's timezone preference. It might be worth checking if your colleagues have the appropriate timezone setting in case they set it as the default global timezone.

Hi @Peter Makaza and welcome to the Atlassian Community! Out of the box, Jira doesn't support Gantt chart with dependencies. Advanced Roadmaps would be the closest solution but it's only available for Premium version. Many Marketplace apps can extend Jira with Gantt chart capabilities. Allow me to suggest WBS Gantt-chart…
-
Hi @Nicola and welcome to the community! I'd suggest checking whether the custom field is associated with the appropriate screens. You can customize add or remove fields only if the field is available in your project. Here's more info on associating custom fields with screens, I believe in your case, it would be 'Option…

Hi @Simon Sahli One additional question, let´s say a new version of an app implements some bugs, is there any way in Cloud to go back to an old version or do we basically need to wait on the manufacturer to fix the bug in a new version? Typically, bugs in the app will get fixed by the vendor and a full roll-back might not…
-
@Nghiem Nguyen welcome to the Atlassian community! To confirm, can you check the link preference from your account settings? id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/link-preferences You should see the smartlink feature with the embed option for Figma link

Hi @Simon Sahli This document explains cloud app versioning and when a manual update is required: https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/upgrading-and-versioning-cloud-apps/#changes-that-require-manual-customer-approval As far as I know, I don't think there's a way to test the changes before upgrading, you…

Hi @Matthew Webster , welcome to the Community! Based on the error message, I assume you don't have the appropriate permission to link issues, even though you can access these projects. You can check with your Jira admin about the current permission settings. They may need to update the project permission scheme for you:
-
Hi @Ryan McNamara , since you're on Jira Premium plan, perhaps consider using Advanced Roadmaps (Plans) as you mentioned? Depending on your requirements, many apps support the hierarchical view of tasks, with custom levels, which is probably the main differentiation between Advanced Roadmaps and third-party apps. This…

Hi @Tapanee (Nuei) Juangpanich and welcome to the community! Are you using Jira Software or Jira Work Management? If you're working with sprint, I assume it's a software project and not business project. So the subtasks should be visible in your active board as well as in the backlog.

Hi @Jim , I found the answer to your question on this demo tour: Take a 60 second product tour of Confluence AI features If you haven't already, consider joining the Atlassian Intelligence community group to see more discussions like this :)

Hi @Bob Krautner welcome to the community! As you said, it's likely that you don't have eh Create Space permission. Please contact your Confluence admin to update the global permission settings: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-blank-space/#Create-a-team-or-project-space
-
Hi @Brandon Santa Elena You may consider giving "Product admin" access to this user (only Confluence), you can then check the global settings to make sure this group has default space admin access:

@김영동 Are you looking to change multiple issues? I found a knowledge base article that might be helpful: setup an automation rule to change the issue type based on a string added to the issue summary If you just want to move a couple of tickets, you can change the issue type directly: * In Team-managed project, select the…
-
Hi @김영동 , welcome to the community! I understand from your question that the current 'Task' issue type is a child of the Epic (created from automation). Now, you want to move that 'Task' to another parent, but instead of Epic, the new parent is "Story" issue type? Please note that "Task" and "Story" are the same standard…
