Hi @Shigeya Tanabe , welcome to the community! You can configure email notification for company-managed projects through the Notification Schemes On the other hand, team-managed project has its own notification setting, is the project you'd like to watch a team-managed project? You can learn more about team-managed project…

Hi @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ Based on my experience using Whiteboards, this download option is only for external media that you embed into the board (i.e. images), which is not exactly an element like "Section".
-
You can get the SEN number from the Apps console (Manage Apps)
-
Hi @Autumn Clark I'd suggest checking the Page tree to ensure the order of the pages under your new Homepage is correct. Go to Space settings > Manage content > Reorder, you should see the content nested under the Homepage

Hi @Krishna Singh Are you referring to this app? Space Sync for Confluence If yes, please could you submit your issue to our support portal so we can help solve it for you? :) https://ricksoft-support.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/34 PS: I'm part of the team developing this app
-
Hi @scott.esbrandt Yes, you can find the option to Insert links in the "More Tools" menu (...) You can then select how you'd like to display the link as well: I hope this is helpful!
-
Hi @Keith , welcome to the community! Unfortunately, in the sprint report, you can only track work based on standard issue types (Story) and not subtasks. There's an existing feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-5462 Perhaps you can consider pulling the sprint overview from filters? In my team,…

Hi everyone! I'm not exactly new to JSM since I've interacted with many support portals as requesters. However, I'm new to managing it from the other side as a product manager. In my organization, we use JSM for IT and HR matters. Since experimenting with the latest Atlassian Intelligence in JSM, we've also explored our…

Hi @manaf basheer You can see the description of the Default Issue Type Scheme - Default issue type scheme is the list of global issue types. All newly created issue types will automatically be added to this scheme. When adding new issue types, they will appear in this scheme. So, you should configure a specific issue type…

Hi @Atticus, welcome to the community! Confluence Database might be the solution for your use case, although there's no specific date when it will be released generally. You can join the waitlist. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/Databases-are-coming-soon-to-Confluence/ba-p/2336724

@Rüdiger Johannsen Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible. The only other way to avoid affecting license user count is to allow anonymous access. Although I doubt this is applicable to your use case. This option lets you make any space on the site accessible by anonymous students (basically anyone on the internet).
-
@Rüdiger Johannsen Yes, you're right, guests can have access to only one space at a time. There are some ways you can share pages from other spaces to your guest space. I've written an article about content distribution here for your reference: Distribute content to multiple spaces for cross-functional and external…
-
Hi @Rüdiger Johannsen , In this case, you can grant them "Guest" access. 1. Add users to the Guest user group, you'll see the option to add Products to this group, select "Guest" 2. Invite your users to your Atlassian site then assign them to the Guest user group 3. Give space access to the Guest user group I hope this…
-
Welcome to the community @Andrew Swiatek ! You should be able to do that by dragging the bar by hovering over the edge, like this:
-
Hi @Rüdiger Johannsen , welcome to the Community! Yes, you can create a new User group and assign your students to that group. Then, you can set respective access permissions for them.
-
Hi @Ivan Andrieiev I'm going to share with you 2 options: 1. Go to Space settings > Manage content > Restricted then you can click on the padlock icon of the desired page to remove restriction: 2. My team at Ricksoft has developed a free app called Pages Manager for Confluence. This app lets you bulk manage pages, you can…

I see... sorry I couldn't offer better help! In this case, I suppose it's best to contact the Adaptavist team directly so they can address your needs :)
-
@Jimena Preciado Lopez I'm going to assume that your org had Adaptavist Scriptrunner app installed in server, because the issueFunction option in JQL is not part of Jira's default functionality. Here's the doc I found: https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4js/6.26.0/features/jql-functions/included-jql-functions/portfolio You…

Hi @mooncatbk It seems Vietnamese language is not supported in Jira cloud yet: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-your-language-preferences/#Available-languages

Hello @RobertAdamsGVSU and welcome to the Community! Overall, your understanding is correct. To be more specific: * As the organization admin, you have control over user permissions to grant admin roles to your faculty members.* Beware that there are different levels of administration roles. Please check out this resource:…

Hi @Nick Dring I don't think there's a native macro that can achieve the same function. Is this something you're envisioning? -> https://kolekti.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CFMFCC/overview?homepageId=8650998 If so, you might want to consider exploring Marketplace apps :)
-
@Zhinoo Zobairy I did notice you have some restrictions to the parent page, regardless, you should be able to select individual guests to grant access to specific pages when you select the option as shown below. In this example, I've also made the parent page restricted and granted view access to a specific guest user:
-
@Zhinoo Zobairy I see, you might want to check the Guest users permission (under Space permissions) to confirm if they have appropriate access: Without much detail, I'm going to assume that there are some inheriting restrictions from parent content or at the space level. You can also refer to this documentation for more…
-
Hi @Zhinoo Zobairy , External users will require space access in order to access to your Confluence site. This means they would have user-level permission like view, create, or edit pages, unless you set specific page permissions. For more information, you can refer to this…

Thank you for this, nice to see the updated process!

Hi @McArdle_ Renai , welcome to the Community! The Roadmap macro only supports links to Confluence pages. You can type the page title or insert the page URL link, then you'd need to select the page from the dropdown menu (use the up/down key to navigate and hit ALT+ENTER to select) It will then show up on the timeline bar…

No problems, @Maya Fleisher ! I'm also excited about this feature! You can actually read more about it here: https://www.k15t.com/products/orderly-databases-for-confluence This feature was an add-on developed by k15t before getting acquired by Atlassian :)
-
Hi @Maya Fleisher , You might be able to achieve the filtered view in Confluence with the upcoming Confluence Database release. I believe it can accommodate your need: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/Databases-are-coming-soon-to-Confluence/ba-p/2336724

Hi @Rajakumaran Are you referring to this app? https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/261/forms-for-confluence-capture-feedback-with-surveys-polls?tab=overview&hosting=cloud As far as I know, Forms for Confluence doesn't support Jira issue creation through form submission yet, but please check with the vendor directly for…
