@David Greenman - FYI I can't replicate your issue, so I've escalated this thread to the Atlassian Support team.
-
Oh wait, finally got one on Android! So it's working for me (but that doesn't help you). 😭
-
No luck on my end, either! I tried setting a Due Date reminder, and I'm getting an email notification, a bell (in-app) notification, but no push notification. Tried on iOS and Android. 🤔
-
Whoops, sorry! Meant to share https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mobile-push-notification-settings-for-trello/ - but that article probably won't help (it's fairly basic). 😭 I see someone else had the same problem as you, but there was no solution on that page. Have another Android device to test on?
-
To be safe, step through these official troubleshooting steps, I know they've helped me before! https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/notifications-are-not-working/

@David Greenman - hi David! Try uninstalling and re-installing the app, then logging back in? (I'm not seeing any large scale Trello incidents, thankfully...)
-
Like @Clairee Daniels I'd also love to eventually see formula-type fields support Assets fields. Easier said than done, I know - but customers shouldn't ever think of Assets fields as less than non-Assets fields or they might use Assets less. 🙏
-
@Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ - I should try feeding my assorted coffee shop review drafts/notes into an AI grinder and see what reviews it spits out! 😂 TGIF!
-
Hi @Divya ! I see your question is about Jira Cloud - however, I see you mentioned "HTML macro" in your question? If you're responsible for evaluating Confluence Cloud app usage, seeing how often an app's macros are being used is a great place to…

@Sean Perry - thank you for sharing, and you rock for biking such a course! 🚲🚲🚲 @Andy Gladstone - I feel like Le Cure de France is right up your alley bike lane!
-
Never heard of Versiti, super cool! Thank you for donating so much of your time! 🙌
-
You just reminded me to contribute time to my local food bank (Philabundance!). Forever ago we participated in a food packing event, and I'm pretty sure some of the volunteers recreated a Supermarket Sweeps situation. 😂

🙏 I've been supporting a few non-profits, and I'll highlight two: * Friends of the Rail Park (Philadelphia) - their mission is to maintain and eventually extend the current Rail Park (an elevated park built on a long-retired railroad line). They bring needed life to Center City, and their goal to connect neighborhoods…
-
@Grant Heimbach - thanks for sharing. Two suggestions: * I see the article has three hyperlinks, but they all point to the same URL. Did you mean to have them point to different parts of the destination article? * Hopefully the contents of this article make it to an Atlassian Support KB page? Would save customers time so…

LOVE seeing all the enthusiasm in this thread! @Maya Sutton - registration for the BSR is opening at 12:01am on February 1st! If I get in, I'll see you there 🙌
-
@Keira Gallagher - 🙌 I'll start! (And would love to see your answers!) * Where you work: I'm an admin for many SaaS systems, including Jira * How many years you've used Atlassian tools: too long * The Atlassian tools you're using (or have used): Bamboo, Crowd, Bitbucket, HipChat, Jira, Confluence, Statuspage, Trello, Loom…

@Mirek - funny you mention "tags". It's not possible to add a label to a whiteboard, is it? 🥲 I'm trying to see if there's a JAC ticket for Confluence Whiteboards requesting that, but doesn't seem to be? 😂 Also - love Vitali's reply!
-
Thanks for the replies so far, everyone! 🙌 As a Doctor Who fan, I want to join @Cornelia Jeppsson in Cardiff! 😂 @Sam Nadarajan - we could probably organize a half marathon of taco-eating that doesn't actually involve running, eh?
-
😬 If anyone has writer's block and looking to procrastinate, check out this week's Welcome Wednesday article, on running!
-
@Jimmy Seddon - You're a beast! Carving out time to read, digest, and distill the sheer amount of content that you did has helped me over the years. And saved me the time of not having to go through release notes. 🥲 Thank you for being you!

@Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ operational excellence is directly tied to clinical outcomes This is intuitive when you say it out loud - it's not necessarily obvious. I worked for a company that would routinely remind our employees to never forget who we were working for. As long as we're aware of who our ultimate customer is,…
-
@nida ergenç - adding to the above useful suggestions... If there are times when no one should be editing any fields, consider setting the work item to read-only at those times. You can have all fields set to read-only when a work item is in a specific status by using the jira.issue.editable property on that status. Read…

@Igor Potrusaev - I recommend contacting Atlassian's event support desk - https://eventsupport.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/1/create/180 (I grabbed this link from the event page...)

Centralized governance isn’t about bureaucracy. It’s about preventing preventable failures. Hear hear! I'll now hear that quote in my head when I encounter three identically-named fields. 🥲
-
That last bullet is so important. I'd add: * If the rule is super duper important, document it in a place like Confluence, and be clear on who the owner is.* Hopefully the Rule Owner is an account with a shared email inbox. 🥲
-
@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ - appreciate this overview, thanks for pulling this together! 🙌 p.s. Yes, I'm interested in governance content, especially around Rovo! 🤖
-
@Dori Burnett - excited, wish I could fly over there. 🥲 @Igor P - try again, or try in a different browser?
-
Thanks! I'm sad my library doesn't have it, but found it on paperback online 🙌🏻
-
@Barbara Szczesniak - yessss, outlines all the way. Reminds me of what I learned in fourth grade elementary school... fundamentals! I love the call out of possibly covering the same idea multiple times. Don't be afraid to be redundant, repeating the idea might be a Good Idea(tm) once you look at the big picture. @Matt Doar…
-
@Andy Gladstone - yep, that's the way to go! In case the URL is too long - though I know you'd always use a Confluence short URL - there's always the Slack out of office message that can do the heavy lifting there.
