@Oluwaseun Adedeji - hi Olu! Have you tried using the Notification Helper to troubleshoot individual users? If no, try that and let us know how that works!
-
🙌 Looking forward to trading admin war stories with others! If you see me, feel free to ask me about Jira Service Management 🫡
-
I agree (seeing this two years later) - I tried Googling the Discord server invite URL and it didn't even pop up on Reddit. 🫠
-
@Bill Bailey - agreed.
-
📌 I will un-pin this article from the Enterprise group on the 20th.
-
@Fun Man Andy - I’ll give you a few hours of consulting time from me, on the house!
-
And yes, I'll be there - I'm looking forward to attending, seeing familiar faces, and meeting new people. And topic-wise? Hoping to chat about SLAs with opinionated folks who have experience configuring them for teams large and small... 😬

Love the idea of having AI craft a draft Automation rule for me; saves a bunch of clicks, and I can just audit the rule and trim it down. 🤔
-
Ooh, that's a cool idea. Being able to invoke Manual Trigger Jira Automation rules from the Command Palette, for instance...
-
@Matt Doar - that's true, filter names aren't unique! I think Darryl meant filter IDs are unique for each filter, in each environment. That'll allow for a mapping table to be made for any redirector.
-
@sagar.bansode - I suggest starting a new question by clicking "Ask the community" in the site header. You'll get more help that way. Also, I would add more details to your question. Good luck!
-
@SERMANE SOUMARE - each issue key (SCRUM-15, SCRUM-16, etc.) is a unique ID for each issue in Jira. There's an old thread that might help you: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/How-to-reset-issue-counter-in-JSM-cloud/qaq-p/1586748 * There are few issues in your project. You could make a new…

Nothing awkward at all! Welcome to the Community!

Good follow-up question! You'll need to nest another issueFunction in dealy-o there. Check out this post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Proper-syntax-for-doing-quadruple-nested-issueFunction-JQL/qaq-p/1647631 I'm actually experimenting to see what the exact JQL is, because I'm curious myself...
-
If you don't have ScriptRunner, read this thread and be depressed. There's no JQL for that (yet?). Workaround: You can look up the Sprint Report for the sprint you want, on-demand. There'll be an asterisk (*) next to each issue added after a sprint start. Related…
-
If you have ScriptRunner on your Jira instance, use the JQL function addedAfterSprintStart. An example query would look like: issueFunction in (addedAfterSprintStart(666)) where 666 would be the board ID with your active sprint. 😈 Related…

@SERMANE SOUMARE - 👋 welcome Sermane! I recommend asking this question in the Jira section of this site: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira/ct-p/jira (This page is for asking questions about the new Command Palette feature.) Good luck!

Chip, dips, I want salsa now! 🌮 ... links from my Confluence Cloud instance aren't turning into Smart Chips, anything I need to do to enable this? 🫠
-
@Dori Burnett - thank youuuuu - emojis look great 👍 And looking forward to attending in-person, just got my tickets! 🎫
-
@Darryl Lee - this is glorious! p.s. If only we had a way to handle redirects from a Cloud to an on-prem migration? 🫠 p.s.s. I'll say, this article brings back PTSD of a time when we migrated from one software platform to another, many moons ago... but it's a good PTSD?

Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center? I've found that the DC instructions are generally accurate, but yeah, the Cloud docs don't always change as fast as the features are released in Cloud. 😬 Doesn't help that some Jira Cloud instances are on differing release tracks, and features are still phased out to customers in a…

Thanks @Rodney Nissen _Work Wranglers_ _TJL_ for your session! For whatever reason, I couldn't find you to mention you in this post 🫠
-
@Craeg Strong - you did great! Two takeaways for me: * Appreciated the very useful tip of including goals and non-goals on a team space's overview home page. Knowing what's out of scope is just as important as what's covered. 💪 * I always forget about shortcuts, I'll have to make a note to include those 2-3 Very Important…

@Michael Zhao - FYI if you have an existing PS script, you may be able to extend it using these variables: https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PSCONF/pages/15306098/Standard+Variables
-
@Michael Zhao - hi Michael! Are you actually looking for a Power Scripts for Confluence script?* If no, or it's not imperative that we use PS, consider a custom user macro: * See this example: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Macro-that-lists-all-pages-for-the-specified-space-with-their/qaq-p/1452170…

I second @Dave Mathijs (and not just because we're both Dave's) on: * Extension for JSM - the killer feature? Syncing JSM Orgs and Jira groups (which is less of a big deal now that later versions of JSM Data Center - 5.9 and onward - let you share requests with Jira groups!) * Rich Filters for Jira - on-demand, filter one…
-
@Dori Burnett - 👋 can you help fix those emojis, please? (They're all returning 401 codes - they won't load unless we have access to hello.atlassian.net - definitely test loading this article in an incognito window)
-
@Finch Grace - I'm loving the command palette! Is the eventual plan to merge it with the GG shortcut thingy? Which I use all the time, but have no idea what it's called. 🫠
-
🙌 I'll be at at least one of the above cities! (RSVP'd!) See y'all there! 🙌
-
@Kristján Geir Mathiesen - love this question! If we're talking mobile keyboards (when they were a thing), I loved the keyboard on my BlackBerry 9900. If we're talking desktops, I'm STILL using an IBM keyboard from the 1980's. I think it's the same as what @Jeremy Nydegger uses in his office!
