Most of the customers I help will send emails and/or Slack/Teams notifications to their teams when things happen that they should pay attention to.

That's what others have suggested to me (offline). I ended up contacting Atlassian Support, and we all couldn't figure out what the root cause was. Luckily it was just one page, and when we applied another instance to 8.5, we didn't see this issue. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

+1 to what Aaron said, focusing on the ways of working for the teams involved, then picking the best workflows as targets, this will help with how your stakeholders align during a migration. Are you migrating the two Jira instances to a new Jira DC instance, or migrating data from one Jira to the other existing Jira…

@max - make sure you have access to the project where the work is happening: * Have an Atlassian ID? (Hopefully the ID you’re using to post on Atlassian Community is that ID.) * Does that ID have access to that Jira Cloud instance? If you’re unsure of the above, do you know who the admins are for the Jira Cloud instance…
