I have sticker commitment issues sometimes too! Gotta find just the right spot!

Hi Michael! I suspect there is a category called "How to guides" set up in your prod project knowledge base. If you remove the categories in JSM knowledge base, it should take you directly to the request types instead of the articles first. Related documentation:…

In case anyone else comes along looking for an answer... Unfortunately, at this time data regarding user project roles in Jira is not yet available in the Atlassian Data Lake. We do have an existing feature request where our product team is tracking interest in having this data surfaced…

In the first workflow, it looks like there is a transition named TRIAGE from Idea Box to Triage: Inbox and the rest of the statuses in that workflow (and the bottom worfklow statuses) are set as Allow issues in any status to move to this one. If you remove that triage transition, it should change back to just statuses.

Hi @Andy Gladstone , I can do Jan 27th!

Woooo! Excited for the Kansas City event!
-
Hi Quentin! I suspect you need to map the new statuses to columns. You can do that in the board settings > Columns. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-columns/

Hi Yelizaveta! Possibly that field is not set to display on issues. You can check under Organziations > Manage detail fields > Manage issue view.

Love whiteboards! Excited for the upcoming new features!

Excited for the eclipse today! I saw one in 2017. Everyone was outside, watching it together. It was really cool and a fun time. Also, a friend shared that a disco ball can be used to view the eclipse and it seems like there should be an eclipse disco today. 🪩🕺

I'm late to this thread but jumping in anyway because I was excited to build this, combining two things I love (roller derby & JSM). I created a JSM project for my roller derby league to complete and track our annual minimum skills testing. Every year skaters have to complete minimum skills testing to determine our game…

Hi @Susan Meyer , KC isn't sponsoring that event. I asked the ACE leader for St Louis if there is a group, as I was also unable to find one. I'll let you know when I hear back from him. Here's a link to the ACE page for St. Louis in the meantime!

I love Super Bowl parties but I am usually just there for the snacks and camaraderie. Our snacks this year did not disappoint. I went to a party at a friend's house, helped make a bunch of pizzas, and ate entirely too much! I'm from Kansas City, of course I rooted for the Chiefs! ❤️💛

I recently started volunteering for Lasagna Love. It's an organization where volunteer "chefs" prepare and deliver a lasagna to a local family who has requested one. So, I spend my lunch hour on Fridays prepping a lasagna, deliver it early evening, and then either go out or bring dinner in with my partner. It's becoming an…

Hi @Jason Bowne! That sounds super interesting! I would love to learn more about Product Discovery from an actual user! Regarding applying as co-leader, I think the best way is to apply at the link. In the meantime, I'd love to connect and possibly we can collaborate on the March event if you are interested.

Ohh cool! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Raymart, at the bottom of the rule details on the assigning automation, do you have the box checked for "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule"? This should do the trick but it looks like you could possibly combine your rules unless there is a reason you are keeping them separate.

Hi Jeremy! I don't have any suggestions for other meetups but I would be interested in joining a local event.

My nickname is Ginger Ninja, Ginger, or Gingie. It is my nickname from roller derby (aka derby name)!
