My investigation has been successful. I found the way to get all your drafts using a deprecated (but still useful) endpoint: GET https://your-domain.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/workflow/search?startAt=0&maxResults=50&expand=default,hasDraftWorkflow&isActive=true&orderBy=name The key here is the hasDraftWorkflow expand Good…

@Sami Shaik Maybe it is a problem with the language. We don't understand the paragraph "But if your old workflow used the reuse pattern with slightly different rule sets on what looked like the same transition, the consolidation is where behaviour drifts." Do you mean that Atlassian will fusion different transitions into a…

@Sami Shaik I have been reviewing this with the team. We can not find any API endpoint that helps us to evaluate a site and check for draft workflows.... that means to review all the workflows in every site! Do you know if there is any alternative? The only clue we have is the visual indication, but having something that…

Please add "the new editor has no workflow export functionality", to the checklist, so if you use the XML files for anything, think on exporting your workflows via API.
-
Great initiative! I think it would be a good idea to add a preferred language question so we can have pairings speaking the same idiom.
-
Ok, let's go!
-
Gal, did you find the way to do this on cloud?
-
What about customers using collections? What about customers that need to spin an additional sandbox for three months instead a full year? Why do you need a different billing profile? Too much questions ....

Thanks!

@Dorothea Linneweber this initiative is really interesting. Atlassian will provide much more value than giving an empty database that has to be designed and filled by every customer. Even when every customer or every service project is different. I would add that this value can be provided not only by Atlassian using…

thanks to @Danut M _StonikByte_ and @Marlene Kegel - codefortynine . Will keep those plugins in the radar!
-
Thanks @Mark I wanted to... but first made a search just to be sure Im not duplicating a previous suggestion... and found this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-14878 Maybe it's too early to ask Atlassian for a report or a gadget.

Not for now... the only viable solution (by the moment... we have not surrended!) is to trigger a "sort everything affter cloning" automation rule. I would like Atlassian to take better care of these small details that make for excellence in the relationship with users...
-
@PJB did you ever find a solution to this problem? I'm facing it today...
-
Great addition!! Simple, but effective. next step will be to add many metrics to a single goal and allow formulas to compute the goal progress...

Hello @Anna-BigPicture Anna, Im interested on how did this feature evolve. The link is not valid anymore, do you have any information?

What I don't like about Team field is that anybody in the organisation can create a new team. In large instances we always end with "test" "my test" "my team" and so on... I would like to have a more controlled teams environment. Yes, I know, self-organisation.. yes... A big power comes with a big responsibility. And not…

Hello @Wouter Bruinings . This is a very interesting (and important) question. From my point of view, there is a point in the concept "large Jira instances" and "agile orgs". Large Jira instances mean the need of taking care of the instance, dedicating a lot of efforts on maintaining it coherent. Governance is the word,…

Great addition @Sam Knight ... what if my language is not in the list for the translation? I just see 27 languages, and there are more than 7000 in the world. For example, Bengali has 280 million speakers and is not in the list. Can we create new languages?
-
Hi Andy, first of all, good luck!! :-) I agree with @Heather Ronnebeck . The term "PMO" is huge, and you should go step by step; it is not a tooling matter. it is more a governance, process, roles or responsibilities matter. I would recommend to have a look at the PMI documentation, for example…

Julia @ 55 Degrees fully agree. When we implement project portfolio management with Jira, we allow for connection to Epics *or* to a fully fledged Jira project. The main problem here is that you don't have "progress" for a project unless you implement some kind of global tracking or some plugins (and of course destroy the…

This is very interesting. How do you solve the fact that (probably) the idea will be developed for Android, web & mobile in the frontend but probably the backend will be the same for those three platforms?
-
Goals , Signals and measures as a variation on the OKR theme. But not before of a Vision workshop, of course! :-D
-
IMHO your use case is easily solved with a filter subbscription, as stated by @Sheri Widler https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-filters/

sure, @Mohamed Hassan

Sounds great! As somebody who has been in the CMDB space since 1996, I miss this functionality. I would love to add a very specific use case: the hability to export and import templates. In big and distributed organisations will be very useful to create a set of templates (for example, the set of templates that can help me…

Hello Robert, I'm also working in a regulated industry, and I would love to have a conversation with you to understand the use you are doing of JPD; i have the intuition that it can be very helpful in the upstream flow, or demand management.
-
Hola Wilber, si, por supuesto :-) Tienes que buscar a que workflow se corresponden (mirando en la configuración de tu proyecto) y modificando ese workflow podrás añadir/modificar los estados que necesites.
-
Hi @Rachel Lin the integration looks great! I would propose as an enhancement that the block "Share updates about this piece of work" is enabled in other issue types than epics, since you can point to other issue types from the "Where is the work tracked?" field in Atlas and the smartlink magic happens! This would be great…

Also, Carlos, where are you based?
