Hi @Edward_de_Leau , the cells menu is buggy in Confluence cloud, actually. I suspect you are affected by the bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/CONFCLOUD/issues/CONFCLOUD-83655 people say the workaround is: - Add a second table on the page or - Double click anywhere outside the table ---- Not sure if it help you…

@Paul Pasler _Seibert_ you have been working with ROVO quite some time recently, what do you think about the topic?
-
Hi @Asier Vadillo sounds cool! Should you have enough time later, please also tell us us which solution will actually work for you, I am really curious about it.
-
@Olliver Ordell quite a good take. We're using Claude Code (Max subscriptions) ourselves in CLI mode for so many things nowadays. A year ago I'd say vibe coding is nonsense, but now it's something our teams are using constantly for multiple tasks.
-
Hi @Asier Vadillo As mentioned by @Tomislav Tobijas Atlassian has a request to make cross-Project version picker, but so far we have to work with some workarounds. Just want to add a few details in addition to Tomislav's solutions: 1. Atlassian documents a pattern where Automation calls Jira’s REST API to append a new…

Hi @m.dulin I also did not find a documentation publicly available about this case. I assume it may work the same way as other Organization APIs (f.i. the Get Users in Organization endpoint returns 50 users per page and does not allow for custom page sizes, although it was required by community a time ago). I guess the…

Hi @Ram Rushendra nath Gulla That is actually an interesting questions. I checked something myself, and according to the docuemntation 1. When you create the runner, the download URL contains the version. The version prints in the runner logs and in the step logs when you start the runner (see here…

That is actually a good point. With further development of the Team graph and integrations, I expect narrations to become capable of reading some macros content for sure.
-
There is an article here! :) But seriously, I did not use narrations myself yet, it's way easier to look at the content with my own eyes rather then listen to it. Don't know a single person (of a people I am acquainted to) who is using any narrations apps (not only Atlassian based, but whatever) for work.

Hi @Teresa Shellvin, TLDR version of my text below: Considering that your fields names do not look standard, I assume you use some custom fields in your Jira setup to do the time tracking. So apparently, the gadget is not “reading” your Actual Hours / Spent Hours at all. It only looks at Jira’s built-in time tracking…

Hi @Karen West , You are always welcome! I would also suggest you to explore what marketplace apps like "Script Runner" offer for advanced JQL features to implement more complex querying. I like Script runner especially because with that app you can configure any crazy query, save it as a filter, and use in Jira directly,…

You are always welcome @Karen West! Let us know if it works, that's very valuable case you have here, and the resolution could help many people in the community.
-
Hi @Karen West If your Team is consisted in preserving issues Statuses, but inconsistent in keeping issues tied to fIxVersion, you may try this: project = PRJ AND statusCategory = Done AND fixVersion WAS IN releasedVersions() AND fixVersion IS EMPTY That should issues which are marked as done (statusCategory considers all…
-
Hi @Varvara K_ , You may use any built-in charts or plugins showing Lead Time (and/or Cycle time as bonus) since Lead time reports perfectly show time between task/ticket creation and it's closure. I recently recorded a video of how to achieve that with standard Jira reports. As mentioned in this topic before, however,…
-
@Julia Indyukova I second @John Funk here, it looks like there could some confusion. I assume your Jira is running Russian translation, and according to the materials I found, the "Тема" in many cases is the same as "Summary", whereas in other cases it's "Epic" (see pictures below from some website I found) It would be…
-
Hi @Wilson Ndeh, If you are considering Marketplace applications usage for the case, I can recommend a prodcut being developed by my Team - Report Builder for Jira. We have A report showing Reopened % - you can have a look…
-
Hi @Carolina Castro , You are correct. Quick filters can not be used in Reports withing a Project (Space). They can only be use on a board view, though. I guess the Atlassian AI takes "Report" as a broad term, without context of ACP-620, that is why it give the strange answer here. Regards, Rustem
-
Hi @Julia Indyukova In our Team we have a naming convention where we put affected Products Components names and then short description of what is to be done (verb + description). E.g. "URT | Pivotopia | Do Something". It allows us quickly (without any filters and clicks on the task itself) get the context of what a task is…
-
Hi @Pratik Acharya , Managing Team of about 15 ppl I use Jira per-project Timelines to track the overall progress on projects against deadlines (we have pretty mature culture of establishing the deadlines and estimates). And that is pretty much it from the standard reports. Long time about we developed an application for…
-
@Patricia Modispacher _K15t_ thanks for mentioning us! @Sanam Malleswari yes, if you consider marketplace apps, then application developed by our team could worth it https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219041/data-protection-security-toolkit-for-confluence-dlp - this version is for confluence. We also have free version…
-
@Steffen Burzlaff _K15t_ yes, sure! Will do, just need to clean up some sensitive data from there xD
-
Although I find it so entertaining to browse through the jungle of old tickets (It gives me a perfect vibe of treasure hunter/archaeologist journey), I agree with @Jens Schumacher - Released_so. JAC does not fit it's initial purpose anymore.
-
We created an agent guiding people about time logging processes/rules, holidays approvals, sick leaves logging etc. Zero questions about "how to log things" since then.
-
Nicely done! The final "wowowowowow" made me laugh so hard 😂
-
Many thanks @Shivam Sharma - Optimizory I will create and publish one more article after the entire 2025 will pass, since the moment I started to to analyse the trends I noticed some interesting behaviours of the search I want to proof in the upcoming months. So more insights are coming 😂 To extract the data directly from…
-
Thanks @Elena_Elevatic! I am glad you find it valuable! 🙌 And yes, zero-search results are the opportunities! That is exactly how Atlassian wants us (Partners) to perceive the API they created to gather that…
-
Hi @arielei, There aren’t hard “it gets slow at X” thresholds for Jira Cloud. Atlassian publishes guardrails and a few UI/view limits that are the best way to think about this. You can find them here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/data-limits-and-guardrails/ See extract below: Guardrails are…
-
Thanks! It is not easy to calculate the exact numbers due to the nature of how Atlassian API returns the popular requests (it's first 500 popular ones with their percentage and ranking). I was too lazy to do that reverse engineering math (maybe be in future). But my gut feeling says that shrinking percentage of the most…
-
Thanks @Ajay thirth ! Well, you can’t get that purely via JQL alone, but you can have Jira keep track of “how many times” each issue jumps between your key statuses by either Automation, or a 3rd party apps (For instance Script Runner, or a special reporting apps…
-
Hi @Ajay thirth You can achieve that with some JQL. For instance, create a JQL query like "resolved = EMPTY and status CHANGED FROM (3, 10001) to 123", where 3, 10001, 123 are IDs of your statuses (i.e. imagine 3 in yourinstance is id for QA, 10001 for UAT and 123 if for "Fix needed"). You can save such a search as a…
