I'm aligned with Becker_Rene's response. Those seem like the appropriate elements we'd want users to be able to self-serve from a questions/answers perspective. Anything beyond that prompts more problems than this would potentially solve.

I'll see if I can get that to work. Postman doesn't really handle Python though, and the Jira API doesn't really allow you to construct looping JSON requests.

Those custom field types are read-only text fields. I am using them to display a value that is calculated from the input in other custom fields.

I am trying to generate a simple table that shows: Group Name and # of Unique Members in those Groups, but as soon as I add that second column, the table comes back empty. There doesn't seem to be a way to get a simple count of members per Group. Am I missing something?

Is this going to give instances the ability to create a more SAFe friendly structure (Theme, Initiative, Epic, Feature, Story) without breaking reports and other internal Jira mechanisms?

When will this be available in the Cloud version? Seems like Atlassian has been talking about making this very simple change for YEARS now. Not having the ability to create this structure means that no one using the SAFe framework can build their issue hierarchy to match the standards and practices.
